Personal influence, Yan Xin.
From the mid-1980s to the early 1990s, Yan Xin had a great influence in China. He initiated the Qigong report, which enabled thousands of people to practice in an open field at the same time and caused some people to have strange physiological reactions. At the end of 1990s, Yan Xin Qigong became the first batch of qigong exercises registered by the State Sports General Administration in China. He has cooperated with China Academy of Sciences and Tsinghua University to study the application of Qigong in physics and chemistry.

Yan Xin emphasized the word "virtue" when making qigong reports all over the country. Advocate morality, attach importance to morality, and stick to morality. He advocates doing good at any time and anywhere and doing it by himself. He didn't do it for fame or profit, and he confiscated a penny when he reported qigong in China. The essence of Yan Xin Qigong is a virtue. According to him, virtue is a technique in the practice and improvement of Qigong.

Since 1990s, Yan Xin has conducted a series of Qigong life science experiments in the United States, Canada and other places.

His research papers published in international journals include "Protective effect of Xy99-5038 on cultured retinal neuron cell death induced by hydrogen peroxide" (Life Sciences 200169: 289–299). Xy99-5038 promotes the long-term survival of cultured retinal neurons (International Journal of Neuroscience,112:1209–1227, 2002), etc.

The main international organization to spread Yan Xin Qigong is the International Society for Life Sciences and Technology in Yan Xin.

He won the title of doctor of medicine in the United States and took a photo with President Bush's family.

At the end of 1986, Yan Xin visited Japan with a friendly delegation from Japan Qigong Science Research Association, and unwittingly accepted the challenge from his Japanese counterparts. He won the battle easily and won it for a while. Many websites have reported some deeds of Qigong master Yan Xin, such as: Yan Xin: An Anecdotal Tale of Japanese Qigong Master Competing with Yan Xin, Qigong.com, China, and so on.
