All the 226 subject teachers in the school have bachelor's degrees, including 4 special-grade teachers and 0/08 senior teachers. 3 national excellent teachers, 6 provincial advanced teachers, 2 won the Ceng Xianzi Education Fund Award, 1 won the top single prize of the province's education and scientific research 100; National backbone teachers 1 person, 49 provincial and municipal academic leaders and backbone teachers; Member of National Teaching Professional Society 1 1 person, and 23 members of provincial teaching professional society. With the implementation of teachers' moral commitment system, work target responsibility system and participation in EEPO (effective education) activities, the overall quality of teachers has been continuously improved. Since 1999, 83 teachers have won prizes in provincial and municipal excellent courses and excellent thesis competitions, published more than 330 educational and teaching papers in professional newspapers, and 36 teaching and scientific research achievements have won provincial and municipal scientific and technological progress awards.
