A, business documents (design) requirements
The graduation thesis should have novel and clear viewpoints, informative and powerful materials, complete structure, rigorous and fluent language, and should have the general characteristics of academic style. Investigation reports, work summaries, literary works and other non-academic articles cannot be presented as graduation thesis. After the subject is determined, students are required to write the opening report, which mainly includes the research focus, research plan or research route, writing outline and references (monographs, textbooks, papers 10). Only after the teacher's approval can the opening report be opened.
The main contents of graduation thesis (design) include: table of contents, abstract, text and references. Professional drawings, test data, computer program list, floppy disk and other related materials. References in Chinese and foreign languages cited must indicate the title (or the name of works and periodicals), author, publishing unit and time (if periodicals are cited, the name of the article must also be indicated), and other references should also indicate the source of information.
1, graduation thesis (design) undergraduate opening report is more than 3,000 words, and slides are required. The total number of words in the thesis is not less than 20,000 words, with an abstract of 300-500 words and an English abstract; The total number of words in the college is not less than 6000 words, and the abstract is 200-300 words. 2. Graduation thesis (design) should adopt a unified format and cover, and use A4 paper for text printing and binding. Second, the graduation thesis structure standard
(1) Undergraduate graduation thesis (design) includes the following contents (in order):

Among them, "Notes" will be arranged according to the specific situation, and the rest are required. If necessary, you can add "introduction" before the text and "postscript" after the references.
(2) Meaning of each project:
Table of Contents: List the first-and second-level titles and corresponding page numbers of the text of the paper, and the corresponding page numbers of references, postscript, appendices, etc. , and form a separate page.
Chinese content abstract and keywords: the content abstract is a general description of the content of the paper, which should be faithful to the original text and the number of words should be controlled within the prescribed scope. Keywords are extracted from the title, abstract or text of the paper, which can express the theme of the paper and have substantive significance, generally no more than 7 words, and form a separate page.
English content abstracts and keywords: English content abstracts and keywords are translated from Chinese content abstracts and keywords.
Text: The text is the main part of the paper, which usually consists of three parts: introduction, theory and conclusion. These three parts cannot be clearly marked with words. Each chapter or part of the text should be identified by several levels of titles.
Annotation: an explanation of a created noun term or a description of the source of a quotation. Notes appear as footnotes.
References: A list of articles and works used by the author in the writing process.
Appendix: the source code of the source program or the designed project language, which is not included in the text, but is indispensable.
Opening report: the significance, purpose and necessity of the topic, the focus and plan of the research, and the research ideas include writing an outline and references.
Third, the graduation thesis (design) format
(1) Paper type and margins: Graduation thesis (design) should be printed on international standard A4 paper (297mm×2 10mm). The page is divided into two parts: the graphic area and the white border area. All text, graphics and other symbols can only appear in the graphics area. The dimensions (margins) of the white edge area are: upper (20mm), lower (20mm), edge wrapping (20mm) and edge wrapping (15mm).
(2) Layout and word use: the words and figures are arranged horizontally from left to right, and the words are edited into columns, using standardized simplified words, namely Song Style; Don't use traditional Chinese characters unless necessary. Avoid using variant characters, compound words and other nonstandard Chinese characters.
(3) Layout style and font size of each part of the paper: Chinese content summary and keywords: arranged on the second cover or on a new page, with the title No.3 bold, centered at the top, and one line up and down; The content is Song Ti No.5, with two squares at the beginning of each paragraph, and the top box is back. The keywords are in bold type 4, and the content is in bold type 5; There are generally no more than 7 keywords, and there is a space between words.
English content summary and keywords: on a new page, the project name is designated as "summary", with the top centered and the No.3 bold; The content is No.5, Arial style is recommended, and punctuation is in English.
Table of Contents: Start a new page, with the project name in bold No.3 and the top centered; The content is imitated by Xiao 4.
Text: Start a new page. The title of the paper is No.3 in bold, with the top arranged in the middle and one line above and one line below; The text is usually Song Ti No.4, with two spaces at the beginning of each paragraph, with the top space at the back and single-line spacing.
Chapters and titles in the body:
Chapter names are in the middle, and the fourth one is in bold.
First-level title, the title serial number is "I", No.4 is bold, and it is a single line, with no punctuation at the end;
Second-level title, the title serial number is "(1)", which is the same as the font size of the text, dedicated line, with no punctuation at the end;
The serial numbers of the titles at the third level, the third level, the fourth level and below the fifth level are 1, (1) and "①", which are the same as the font size of the text. It can be determined whether to monopolize a line according to the length of the title. If the line is exclusive, no punctuation is used at the end, otherwise, a period must be added after the title. The titles at the next level of each group of titles should be numbered consecutively.
Note: Add a number in the upper right corner of the note in the text in the form of "①" or "(1)". The number of notes is sorted by page number, and each note occupies a paragraph, which is a small fifth style. References: the name of the project is in bold type No.4, with two lines in the upper space behind the text or appendix, and the contents of the reference are printed in Song typeface No.5 in the other two spaces. The specific arrangement is the same as the notes, and it is a single page.
(4) Form
Tables in the text generally include a header and a table body, and the basic requirements for arrangement are as follows.
Header: Header includes table number, title and UOM. Written in small bold type No.5, arranged at the top of the table body, with the same width as the table line. Among them, the table number is on the left, and the format is "table 1", and the full-text table is numbered continuously; The title is centered and the format is "×× table"; The unit of measurement is on the right, and the reference format is "Unit of Measurement: Yuan".
Table body: The upper and lower end lines of the table body are thick solid lines (1.5 lb), and other table lines are thin solid lines (0.5 lb). The left and right sides of the table should not be sealed (that is, there is no left and right border). All numeric characters in the table should use the small number 5. The text in the table should be centered and aligned up and down.
(5) Figure
The insertion mode of the diagram is left, right, up and down, left and right in the center. The drawings in the article should be numbered uniformly with the names of the drawings, and the format is "Figure1×××× Figure", which is arranged at the bottom of the figure in small bold type No.5..
(6) Formula
In this paper, the formulas should be arranged in the middle, the numbering formulas are slightly in the left row and the formula numbers are in the right row. The numbering form is "(1)". If there is a description below the formula, it should be written in the top box. Longer formats can be arranged in a new line, with line breaks at addition, subtraction, multiplication, division or equal sign. These symbols should appear at the beginning of the line. You should use an editor to arrange formulas.
(7) Numbers
The numbers in this paper should use Arabic numerals except for ordinal numbers, phrases, idioms, abbreviations and fuzzy numbers used as morphemes in rhetorical sentences. In the same article, the representation of numbers should be consistent.
(8) punctuation marks
Punctuations in the text should be used correctly to avoid misuse and mixing, and punctuation in Chinese and English should be distinguished.
(9) Units of measurement
Except for special needs, legal units of measurement should be used in this paper.
(10) Page number
Full-text typesetting with continuous page numbers, with page numbers in the lower right corner when printed on one side; When printing on both sides, the single page number is located in the lower right corner and the double page number is located in the lower left corner.
4, printing and binding

All papers are printed on A4 paper, and all manuscripts are bound on the left.
(2) Number of copies
Print at least three copies of the paper, submit the source program to the undergraduate, and store all the professional contents on the floppy disk, and submit one copy for the record.
