Generally speaking, the essence of enterprise management includes three aspects: (1) the basic object of enterprise management; (2) the purpose of enterprise management; (3) The basic characteristics of enterprise management. The ultimate goal of expanding information enterprise management is to maximize profits, but enterprise management cannot directly achieve this goal. Neither corporate governance nor daily business activities can directly realize profits, they are all a link to maximize profits. What these links need to do is to achieve the ultimate goal of maximizing profits with the help of their direct goals. Only when each link completes its direct goal best under the guidance of the ultimate goal can the realization of the ultimate goal be guaranteed. The direct goal of enterprise management is to improve efficiency in all aspects and achieve maximum output at the lowest cost. Only by maximizing efficiency can enterprises maximize profits. Efficiency is not equal to speed, but the relationship between cost and output, which includes the factor of speed, because time is also a kind of cost. This efficiency is the efficiency of all aspects of enterprise management, including innovation, development and design, capital operation, production, sales, procurement, transportation, warehousing, logistics and so on. Each link contains various functions, and the efficiency here also includes the efficiency of various functions. Before an overall goal, it is only by decomposing the problem, decomposing the goal and guiding each specific action with direct goals that it is possible to maximize efficiency. Only when the efficiency of each link is maximized can the profit be maximized.
