First, you set the red part according to your requirements (the fourth small style, 1.5 times the line spacing). Then use a virtual printer to print the whole page as a picture with a slightly higher resolution, such as 300dpi, and then insert the picture into this page by inserting the picture. After insertion, double-click the picture to set the picture size to be the same as your original document, bring up the picture toolbar to make the picture transparent, give the picture to the top of the text and use the cutting tool to cut off the extra bold part. Finally, fine-tune the position of the picture.
