A smile, a greeting, a look and a touch from a teacher can produce unexpected results. Poor students are often despised by classmates in class, and teachers have hinted intentionally or unintentionally that they are despised at school and reprimanded by their parents at home, which makes them feel depressed and tired of learning. So their inner world needs affirmation and praise.

In the usual teaching, I pay attention to find the bright spots in them, praise and encourage them more, and enhance their self-motivation. There is a poor student in the class. His grades are not very good, but he cares about the collective and loves labor. In this respect, I strongly praise him, amplify his advantages, win the recognition of my classmates and stimulate his enthusiasm for learning. At the same time, students are slowly approaching you and have love for you. When students love their teachers to a certain extent, every unit test, I praise and encourage students with learning difficulties who have made progress in their grades in public, so that they can also enjoy the joy and happiness of success. Some poor students are slow to respond, and sometimes I can't answer a simple question, so I take the trouble to guide and explain. Poor students have passivity, enthusiasm, rebellious psychology, curiosity, violation of discipline and the desire to be disciplined. Create a harmonious environment for students with learning difficulties and give them the courage and strength to move towards self-improvement.

2. Cultivate interest and stimulate motivation

Many students with learning difficulties have poor grades. The most important reason is the lack of scientific learning methods. For these students, we should focus on cultivating their interest in learning and give them more learning opportunities. In class, let them answer simple questions and give good advice even if they answer the wrong part; Praise the correct part of the answer to arouse their interest in learning, and at the same time mobilize them to ask if they don't understand. For their problems, we should calmly and patiently explain them, not simply and rudely, otherwise it will dampen the enthusiasm of children.

Psychology shows that several people working and studying together are often more interesting and can arouse people's enthusiasm than one person. In view of these promoting effects of groups on individuals, teachers should create an environment for students to study with their peers, so that students can learn and complete tasks in a friendly and relaxed interpersonal atmosphere. In class, it is an effective measure to mobilize outstanding students to actively help students with learning difficulties. To carry out "mentoring" activities, first of all, we should let outstanding students realize that it is a pleasure to help others, and let outstanding students take the initiative to help students with learning difficulties.
