The second meeting of the 16th People's Congress of Baoding voted on June 23rd, 2022 to determine 20 practical livelihood projects in Baoding in 2022, namely:

1. Building fitness facilities in the main city 100 community: building 40 kinds of *** 186 pieces of fitness equipment in 6 parks in the main city; 20 table tennis facilities, 65,438 caged basketball courts and 8 five-person caged football fields will be built in the East Third Ring Road, West Second Ring Road and Fuxing Road Strip Park to facilitate people's daily fitness.

2. There will be 1 1200 urban public parking spaces in the main urban area, which will further alleviate the problem of urban parking.

3. The city started construction, reconstruction and expansion of 38 primary and secondary schools, adding 27,360 new degrees, further improving the conditions for running schools in the city.

4. Start the construction of "Museum City" in Baoding, and build the brand of "City of Hundred Museums and Baoding Capital". According to the "Three-year Action Plan for Building a Museum City in Baoding", there were 13 new museums in the city during the year.

5. Main urban area 10 broken roads, such as Ruixin Street, Chuangye Road, Planning No.1 Road, Fuxing Road Primary School West Road, Beicheng Fengjing West Road, Planning No.2 Road, Dongxing Road, Xixiang Street, Xinxiu School East Branch Road, Hengyuan Road, etc. It will implement the BRICS Road to further facilitate residents' travel.

6. The East Second Ring Expressway will start construction, and the main lane will be opened to traffic before the end of the year.

7. Renovation and upgrading of 287 old residential areas in the city, overall layout of children's activity space, improving children's adaptability, improving people's living environment and improving living quality.

8. Newly built Hengxiang Street Children's Park in the main city; 65,438+000 pocket parks have been built, renovated and upgraded in six districts of the city to facilitate citizens' leisure and entertainment.

9. Build urban distributed power exchange stations in 50 communities in the main city to facilitate residents to charge electric bicycles.

10. Start the construction of Baoding as "the city of academies" and build the brand of "a famous cultural city and elegant Baoding". Lianchi District, Jingxiu District, Gaobeidian City, Zhuozhou City, anguo city City, Dingxing County, Xushui District and Mancheng District have completed more than three items, and other counties have completed more than two items of book collection, reading, exhibition, skill transfer and Chinese studies education. During the year, "24-hour libraries" 10 were opened in the main city.

11.By the end of 2022, the outpatient expenses of chronic diseases and special diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, radiotherapy and chemotherapy for malignant tumors, uremia dialysis and anti-rejection treatment after organ transplantation will be directly settled across provinces.

12. Build and transform rural roads by 7 10 km to help rural revitalization and high-quality promotion.

13. The renovation and upgrading of back streets and alleys in the main urban area have been launched in an all-round way, and efforts have been made to improve the travel environment of residents. Each township will build 1 high-quality streets with characteristics, heritage and temperature.

14. Build 50 first-aid stations in crowded public places such as Baoding East Station, Baoding Station, Baoding Passenger Transport Center, People's Square, Military Academy Square, Botanical Garden, Jingxiu Park, etc., equipped with automated external defibrillator and other equipment to further enhance the pre-hospital disposal capacity of public places.

15. Combined with the renovation of 287 old residential quarters, the property management standards were formulated, and the business guidance and supervision of residential quarters with properties were strengthened by means of hiring property enterprises, community autonomy, owner autonomy, and government purchase of services. For residential quarters without property, establish community property committees, strengthen classified research and guidance, achieve full coverage of property management, and ensure that the community health is swept, public facilities are managed, and daily order is maintained.

16. Establish 4 1 food safety rapid inspection rooms in edible agricultural products wholesale markets, large supermarkets and distribution centers in the city, and equip them with personnel and equipment to facilitate people to carry out food inspection at any time.

17. Complete the upgrading of Dongfeng Road and Chaoyang Street, realize greening, lighting, beautification and purification, improve the urban environment and enhance the image of the city.

18. For the three types of elderly families that are included in the scope of special hardship support, government subsidies will be adopted to implement aging transformation. In 2022, the number of households in the city will be no less than 2,650.

19. Vigorously develop nursery services for infants aged 0-3. By the end of 2022, there will be 7,500 new child care institutions in the city through new construction and expansion, and the number of child care institutions for infants under 3 years old per thousand people will reach 2.3.

20. More than 50,000 cultural Huimin cards were issued to urban residents, and more than 10,000 cultural Huimin vouchers 1 10,000 were issued to rural residents, enriching the cultural life of the people.
