Moral education is the first, and the primary school stage is the basis of educating people, so every primary school educator should take moral education seriously. In my opinion, the core of virtue is love. Love, the original meaning is kindness. Caring people are kind people, so they can also be people who love the collective and the country. Therefore, ideological and political education, moral education, discipline education and legal education can all be based on and realized through love education.
In moral education, we should always regard love as the core and soul of virtue, and nurture love with love.
First, let students be loved.
1, on the premise of respecting students.
Makarenko said that we should demand as much and respect as possible from a person. Psychologist Maslow believes that if a student loses love and respect, it is difficult for him to develop healthily. Therefore, teachers must create an emotional atmosphere of trust, acceptance, understanding and respect for students on the basis of understanding, respecting and caring for their emotions, so as to facilitate their physical and mental development and the implementation of moral education. In the specific work, I set myself five principles of loving students. That is, treat students with respect, appreciate and affirm students, inspire students with faith, tolerate students with patience and remind students with friendship, so that these principles can run through the whole educational work.
2. Smile to create a harmonious teaching.
In the eyes of primary school students, teachers are sacred, and teachers' words and deeds will have a certain impact on them, while teachers' emotions directly affect students' emotional changes. The most intuitive factor to communicate the hearts of teachers and students is the teacher's expression. Therefore, in today's harmonious teaching, we should take smile education as the beginning of creating harmony.
At work, I put forward the requirement of "educating people with a smile and creating harmonious teaching". We should bring smiles into classroom teaching, so that the classroom atmosphere will be more active and the cooperation between teachers and students will be more tacit. Encouraged by the teacher's smile, timid and introverted students gradually dare to raise their hands, answer loudly and show themselves. Students who used to laugh at others in class learned to respect in the teacher's smile. Bring a smile to the students' appropriate criticism. The students who were criticized were not depressed, and even cried and wiped their tears. Instead, accept the teacher's advice with a calm mind, actively correct mistakes, and be grateful to the teacher. Bring a smile into the * * * activities with students, making it a visual bridge to communicate with the soul. So the students approached the teacher actively after class, regarded the teacher as their friend, and even told the teacher what they were talking about, and reached a real close relationship with the teacher. In short, in the whole education and teaching, students should feel the kindness of teachers and the warmth of classes with smiles, and let them work hard in caring.
3. Love underachievers.
Pupils' judgment and evaluation ability is not high, so underachievers are most vulnerable to discrimination in the class. Such students are more afraid of discrimination than others and need more care than others. So we should pay attention to the transformation of underachievers. Personally, I think we should take "if the child is my own" as a foothold, and take various practical and effective methods such as setting up a portfolio for underachievers, making home visits, talking with students and helping them solve difficulties. Let the underachievers in the class maintain a positive and healthy attitude even if their academic performance is not good, and further help them make all-round progress. For example, at work, I found that there was a student in my class who was withdrawn, depressed and studied poorly. After investigation, I learned that the root cause was his parents' divorce and lack of care. For the first time, I decided to take my child back to my house every night and help him with his homework. At the same time, I actively contacted his parents and persuaded them to take the initiative to take care of the children through many exchanges. Seeing that your spring rain-like care has saved a twisted heart, I feel the teacher's value, and I think it is worthwhile to work hard again.
Second, inspire students to love themselves.
On the basis of giving children love, we should pay attention to stimulating their self-love consciousness, making them confident and self-reliant, and then generating a desire to show themselves, laying a good ideological quality foundation for their future growth and stepping into society.
1, start extensively and cultivate carefully.
Stimulating students' self-love should be integrated into the whole education and teaching work, from childhood, from children's performance in school, family and society, to the election of a group leader in class, to the choice of asking questions by name in class, so as to cultivate children's self-evaluation ability. In order to guide students to show their own advantages and understand their own values. But this work is easier said than done, and concrete and feasible measures need to be taken according to the actual situation of students. For example, establish a "student growth portfolio" to record the development of each student and the aspects that need improvement, and summarize them regularly; You can also guide students to summarize their progress in the form of a diary once a week, and then guide students to know how to cherish progress and continue to work hard.
2. Use the classroom and teaching materials to help students establish self-love.
Classroom is the main position of moral education, and the teaching of various subjects is the most effective way to educate students in ideology, politics, legal system and morality. Therefore, we should base ourselves on the teaching materials, grasp the characteristics of our own discipline, firmly grasp the advantages of the discipline, and penetrate the moral education connotation that can be excavated from the discipline into the teaching process of the discipline. With the help of subject teaching, students can learn to evaluate and cherish themselves and establish a sense of initiative and self-development.
3. Pay attention to the transformation of students with inferiority complex.
Pupils are young and weak in frustration tolerance. Therefore, the young and fragile minds of primary school students are easy to feel inferior for some reason. In moral education, it is necessary to make the transformation of students with inferiority become a reality, and let students change from inferiority to self-love. This work also needs to take flexible and feasible measures in combination with the actual situation. For example, setting up a portfolio of students with inferiority complex, looking for partners and setting an example for them, adopting a "one-on-one" method, taking excellent students in the class as living teaching materials, and having regular heart-to-heart talks with students with inferiority complex to help them review and summarize their performance over a period of time, so that they can realize their progress, enhance their self-confidence, and at the same time let them understand their own shortcomings and make clear the goal direction of continuing their efforts.
4. Use activities to stimulate self-love.
The colorful extracurricular activities of the school provide a big platform for us to cultivate students' self-love. We should skillfully use this platform to improve students' thinking in practical activities. For example, in class activities, let each student blurt out at least five reasons to be proud of as fixed content, carry out card exchange activities once a week, let cards write appropriate compliments to each other, and carry out talent show activities twice a semester.
Third, attract students to give their love.
The ultimate goal of "cultivating love with love" is to let students learn to give love, which is the basis of students' moral quality and social communication. We should do more work in this respect.
1, first of all, we should pay attention to the guidance that teachers love students.
We can set up a student love record book as the basis for students' evaluation. Giving students a love and dedication award, so that students know how to care about others and give love, is to create their own life value and make students feel proud and honored in giving love.
2. Use campus cultural activities to enrich students' love and stimulate their love consciousness.
You can carry out the reading activity of "Chinese Soul", the speech contest of "Chinese Soul", the painting and calligraphy exhibition and exercises with the theme of "Love is in my heart" on June 1.
3. Expand students' loving environment and create sufficient practical conditions.
The dedication of love should not be limited by environment and region. It is necessary to guide students to push their love from the love of campus, the love of teachers and the mutual help and friendship between classmates to family and society. You can set up a special exercise book, give students an assignment of giving love every weekend, and ask students to record the reflections and feelings of the helped or others when giving love. Tell the students about Mother's Day, Father's Day, Respect for the Elderly, Teacher's Day and other festivals. On the occasion of festivals, students are advised to show their love to their relatives or teachers and express their holiday congratulations in the way they can. Every semester, students are organized to carry out activities to help their peers in mountainous areas and donate books, periodicals and stationery to children in mountainous areas. On this basis, we can use the blackboard newspaper, the flower of virtue evaluation and other forms in the class to publicize and commend the students' behavior of giving love, set an example for everyone, and let the students who give love feel happy and appreciate the value, so as to take the initiative to care for others. For example, the year before last, a child in my class was ill and needed a lot of medical expenses. After the students in the class learned about it, the whole class quietly and spontaneously donated money for the student. The fragrance of love from children is comforting and intoxicating.
In short, in moral education, as long as we always take "love" as the main body, blow the flowers of love with the spring breeze of love, and let the fragrance of love grow sturdily with children, our work is worthy of recognition.
Conclusion:
"Love" is the eternal need of mankind, the guiding light in the process of human civilization and the torch of civilization that will be passed down from generation to generation. "Education of love" is an extremely important link in the torch relay of this civilization. Teachers are the messengers who carry the torch from generation to generation, and primary school educators are the torchlighters and pioneers of education. Then, let us join this glorious ranks with a high sense of responsibility, lofty sense of mission and sincere heart!
