(4) The papers submitted by the applicant can be published in relevant newspapers or specially written for applying for professional titles. But publicity reports, conference speeches, briefings, information introduction, inspection reports, project reports, teaching materials, graduation papers, economic and technical reports, translations, etc. Written by the applicant, with transactional and operational work plans, articles of association, methods and specific work plans, etc. The papers that participated in the preparation cannot be sent to the review committee as the papers that participated in the review.
