Drinking Tea for Health in Four Seasons —— Spring Chapter
Tea drinking permeates a lot of health knowledge. There are several kinds of tea, such as green tea, scented tea, black tea, black tea, white tea and oolong tea. According to the production process, it can be divided into raw tea, semi-fermentation and full fermentation. According to the Book of Tea, tea was a kind of medicinal material in ancient times. Different kinds of tea have different cold, hot and cool properties, so different seasons are suitable for drinking different teas.

We have four seasons, and spring is suitable for drinking scented tea. The so-called scented tea refers to jasmine tea in northern China. It is made of jasmine and tea embryo through splicing, stacking, flowering, collecting, flowering, baking, cooling, rotating, jacquard, uniform stacking and packaging. Finally, the jasmine was removed, leaving only tea leaves. This kind of tea retains the fragrance of jasmine. Jasmine tea, the aroma is very fragrant. When you drink tea alone, it is very fragrant all over the house, and you will feel refreshed after drinking it.

Why do you drink scented tea in spring? Because jasmine is fragrant, its nature is evacuation, which just corresponds to the gas of hair growth in spring. Huangdi Neijing said: "Spring is March, which means the birth of Chen, the birth of heaven and earth, the pride of all things ... This is the reaction of spring and the way to keep fit." According to the theory of "correspondence between man and nature" in traditional Chinese medicine, nature is connected with our internal organs, meridians of limbs, qi and blood circulation, metabolism and so on. In spring, our metabolism gradually accelerates from a relatively slow state in winter to spring, which is called "spring March", which is also called hair aging. When the body recovers, the yang begins to spread outward. We should follow the natural law of yang spreading outward. At this time, it is necessary to nourish the qi of liver and wood, promote hair growth, that is, dredge the qi and blood of the human body. The fragrance of scented tea rises and falls, which just corresponds to the qi of hair growth in spring to help the body "get old". From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, any food has medicinal properties, which is the so-called "homology of medicine and food" theory. Jasmine flower smells fragrant and has the effect of relieving depression and soothing the liver. Tea itself has the functions of refreshing brain, invigorating spleen and stomach, and dredging meridians. Combining the two, jasmine tea has the functions of soothing the liver and regulating qi, dredging qi and blood, refreshing the brain, strengthening the spleen and benefiting the stomach. Therefore, I suggest you drink jasmine tea in spring.
