Yang Ga, male, Tibetan,1born in August 1966, native of Tibet. In July 2002, he obtained a master's degree in Tibetan medicine from Tibet College of Tibetan Medicine. 20 10 received a doctorate from Harvard university in the United States in may, and was an expert in the postgraduate guidance group. He is currently the deputy director and lecturer of the Academic Affairs Office of Tibet Tibetan Medical College, the director of the Institute of Higher Education, and the secretary-general of the Academic Committee of Tibet Tibetan Medical College.
Main social part-time: national food and drug administration evaluation expert, vice chairman of Tibetan medicine and health care branch of China Ethnic Medicine Association. From September 2002 to June 2003, he was a visiting scholar and lecturer at Harvard University.
