In our teaching and research group, it has become a good atmosphere and a strong atmosphere to bring the old with the new, help each other and learn from each other. The old young teachers in the group have a "mentoring team", insisting on listening to one or two classes a week and giving careful guidance in teaching. During normal working hours, other teachers went to our office and saw that the door was locked and no one was found. In fact, we are all listening to each other, without tasks and orders. We attend classes spontaneously from the perspective of teaching, and exchange teaching and management experiences when we return to the office, thus forming a good teaching atmosphere. Through communication and mutual learning, all the teachers in our group have made progress to varying degrees. Li's Chinese class "Looking at the sky from a well" has been well received by teachers. In order to supervise the accumulation of students' Chinese knowledge, increase their literacy, stimulate their enthusiasm for learning and prepare for writing, we held a picture book making competition on the basis of reading a lot at ordinary times, and many good works emerged, which were affirmed by leaders and parents.
