The production process of rubber key is introduced and explained;
Material preparation → glue pressing → painting → stamping → laser engraving → finished product packaging.
First, introduce the detailed production of each process.
1. Material preparation: In fact, the raw rubber block to be manufactured is fully mixed with some ingredients (mainly toner and other ingredients), then extruded into a plate shape, and then cut into the required rubber strips for later pressing.
2. Glue pressing: This step is the main process, and accidents will happen if you are not careful. If the glue is thin or narrow, you may tear it when you take it down (the reason may be that the wall of the glue is too thin and narrow, and the mold temperature was high at that time, about 100℃, and the glue was too soft and the strength was not enough). See 2024 for an example of an edge of the outer seal of the buzzer. At the same time, there will be burrs (which cannot be punched in the subsequent process), such as molding, which cannot be removed.
3. Painting: This is also a difficult problem, because it is the key to appearance. If you are not careful, it will be scrapped. Generally, the laser engraving at the back needs to spray two layers of paint with different colors. After spraying, come to the next process.
4. Stamping: Just cut off the unnecessary flashlights and leave the needed keys, and it will be ok.
But in this process, stamping often has burrs, which is also not allowed. Generally, there are no burrs on large circular arc edges and straight edges, so where will there be burrs? Too small an arc edge will be produced. How small is it? It is said that it should not be less than 0.3mm (unconfirmed). I think it may be useful for our institutional engineers to design the radian of the edge to be punched when designing the rubber part. Ok, let's move on to the next process!
5. Laser engraving: that is, laser engraving, that is, putting the made key flat, usually positioning with a fixture. Then the laser removes a layer of Qi Diao on the key and calls up the words on the key, such as the number keys, which are transparent; If it's a two-layer paint, only one layer is carved out, leaving one layer, such as the ok answer key and the on-off key. One layer of paint is red and the other is blue.
