China is a big grain-producing country in the world, and the demand for chemical fertilizers is huge every year. At present, the proportion of chemical fertilizers used in China is very high, but the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers is low, which not only wastes resources, increases farmers' investment, but also causes environmental pollution. However, compared with trans-fat, organic fat is less in consumption, non-toxic and harmless, and will not bring environmental pollution. Therefore, the future development trend will be that organic fat will replace fat. At present, the main raw materials for organic fat production in China are livestock manure, municipal sludge, grass beach and crop straw, etc .. This paper introduces the production process and product fertilizer efficiency of organic fertilizer produced by urban livestock manure and sludge, and puts forward another raw material for organic fat production: fruit residue.
