According to the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Personnel on Adjusting the Grade of Professional and Technical Qualification Papers, the requirements for publishing papers can be briefly summarized as follows:

Advanced application: published more than 2 papers in professional journals with CN and ISSN numbers or published more than 1 paper/kloc-0 in professional journals with CN and ISSN numbers, and wrote more than 2 high-level special technical analysis (demonstration) reports for solving complex technical problems.

Intermediate application: papers 1 to be published in professional journals with CN and ISSN numbers, or papers 1 to be published in professional journals with CN and ISSN numbers, and special technical analysis (demonstration) reports 1 to solve technical problems. Regular periodicals should have double serial numbers in the State Press and Publication Administration.
