How to treat the frequent rejection of China scholars' papers
Recently, according to media reports, a statement by springer, a world-renowned publisher, caused an uproar in China academic circles, stating that 107 papers involving "peer review" fraud were withdrawn, all of which were from China.

As soon as the news came out, many media pointed the finger at the author of the paper.

However, in reply to the Beijing News reporter, springer Publishing House said that it was not clear whether the author of the manuscript knew about the act of impersonating reviewers because many authors entrusted the manuscript to a third party for language editing. At present, various correspondents have been contacted.

Last Friday, springer Publishing House issued a retraction statement, saying that its 107 academic papers on tumor biology involved forgery in peer review, fabricating so-called "invited experts" and providing highly favorable review opinions to journals through forged mailboxes. This 107 paper is all from China.

Peter Butler said that the peer review process is one of the cornerstones to ensure the quality, integrity and repeatability of scientific research. "In order to clear the bad scientific records, we withdrew these affected papers."
