If the article is original, then there is no such thing as packaging and publishing, and there is no such thing as collecting a deposit. The core is even less likely to be published, even if it is not original, it is impossible under the current circumstances.
All journals generally support manuscript search. If you don't, make sure that the person who arranged the article for you will consider it. Pretending to be a magazine editor, threatening you as soon as you come up, and asking the journal to pay a high price as soon as you come up, is an obvious scam.
