Time flies, unconsciously, we have entered a new year. Looking back on our work in the past semester, we are very happy. Every member of the teaching and research group is conscientious and down-to-earth, and can change the new curriculum into an opportunity, change the teaching concept and improve the teaching methods under the guidance of the new curriculum concept.
Proceed from the norm, carry out the curriculum reform experiment purposefully, planned and step by step; Strengthen classroom teaching research and improve the level and quality of Chinese teaching in an all-round way. The related work is briefly described as follows:
First, progress in learning.
1, the new curriculum reform, the change of concept is the forerunner. All classes in our grade group are reformed and studied under the guidance of the new curriculum standards. This semester, our teaching and research group adopted the methods of combining the collective with the individual, combining practice with reflection, and combining learning with testing to seriously understand the purpose of curriculum reform in basic education and grasp the new concept conveyed by curriculum standards.
New perspective, new requirements. Firmly establish the "instrumental and humanistic" view of Chinese essence, pay attention to the comprehensive quality of Chinese marked by "three-dimensional goals", pay attention to the process, methods, emotions, attitudes and values of students' Chinese learning, and adhere to the view of Chinese practice.
Strengthen the connection between Chinese and students' life and other subjects; Advocate independent, cooperative and research learning methods, optimize and integrate teaching contents, choose teaching methods and reform teaching evaluation methods.
Our group carried out the national project "Exploration and Research on Students' Self-rated Writing" and the provincial project "Research on Autonomous Learning Style" respectively, and all six Chinese teachers wrote papers on composition and reading.
2. Practice is the only criterion for testing curriculum reform, and practice is the only way to improve teaching level. This semester, focusing on "reforming new teaching methods and learning methods to improve classroom efficiency", through a series of activities such as practice class, experiment class, report class, research class and borrowing class, we will play a key role, gather collective wisdom, improve practice level and improve research quality.
Teacher Qin Liping's composition report class has been well received by teachers and leaders, and has received good teaching results. Under the guidance of the new curriculum teaching concept, the discussion of teachers Pang and Li Yunyan has realized the reform of classroom teaching methods and taken a gratifying step towards the curriculum reform under the new situation.
Teacher Lu Shouying's reading seminar is based on students' psychological characteristics, which comprehensively improves students' comprehensive quality. They set a good example for our teaching and research group. This semester's Chinese class is of high quality, new form and good effect. The teaching process has been improved, and the quality of teachers has been improved accordingly.
Second, the gains in preparing lessons.
Our fifth-grade lesson preparation group activities are carried out at any time to give full play to the intelligence of each group member; In this way, everyone can feedback their gains and losses in their work in time and learn from each other, thus improving the overall level of the group. Each teacher expresses his own opinions and shares them with you.
A seminar on collective lesson preparation was also held this semester. Every teacher can express his opinions, discuss and learn from each other, and make great progress, which also plays a leading role for other Chinese teachers.
Third, teaching reflection.
Teaching without reflection is a bit like exploring the blind. We sometimes record our gains and losses in teaching after a class, and we can also write our own thoughts in combination with educational and teaching theories. Every teacher reflects on teaching for no less than ten times, so that he can grow constantly in reflection.

On the afternoon of April 28th, Mr. Wu of our garden gave a collective lesson preparation singing activity to all the teachers in the garden. This collective lesson preparation made me see a lot. It turns out that in the process of kindergarten education and teaching, the influence of collective lesson preparation is so great. Collective lesson preparation is an important form to improve the quality of lesson preparation.
What is still fresh in my memory is teacher Wu's collective lesson preparation demonstration "Little Eggs Open the Door". She led the teachers to discuss how to teach this course well step by step. Every teacher has his own ideas, which makes me see that many methods that teachers have never used can be so good. Their positive speeches made me feel that the teachers were making progress bit by bit.
In order to carry out this theme activity well, the teachers of our teaching and research group have made early preparations when preparing lessons collectively, and prepared pictures of small animals such as eggshell stickers and three-dimensional eggshells. This is a good start, and they are thinking about preparing teaching AIDS before the activity. Before the activity, Mr. Wu also led everyone to do a game interaction, which made everyone feel the relaxed and active atmosphere of collective lesson preparation.
After the game, organize everyone to discuss from the introduction part of the activity flow. In addition to the introduction method in the lesson plan, let the teacher think about his other ideas in the introduction part. Everyone is seriously involved and expresses their opinions. This atmosphere greatly promoted the growth of teachers, and then discussed every link in the same way.
And review the activity process again, whether we can achieve our customized goals. This seminar was relaxed and enjoyable, which played a very good role in the better display of this singing activity.

1. Collective lesson preparation is organized by the teaching director and the education director, and other teachers actively participate. This semester, two grades (grade three and grade four) collectively prepared lessons ***4 times.
2. Every time a group prepares a lesson, the teacher will give a lecture, and other teachers will communicate with each other and brainstorm.
3. Teachers should reflect, revise and complete the lesson plans.

Second, some experiences and shortcomings:
1, the research on the content and characteristics of teaching materials is an important prerequisite for effectively completing the task of collective lesson preparation. In the study of textbooks, individual teachers should be arranged to fully study the contents of textbooks.
Teachers must know what the overall content of the textbook contains, the distribution of knowledge points in the textbook, the relationship between the content of this textbook and the content of the previous textbook (that is, the arrangement system of the textbook content), and the related characteristics of the overall content and specific content of the textbook.
2. Actively study the problems existing in the implementation of * * * teaching. Teachers often encounter practical problems that are difficult to solve in their teaching work. In collective lesson preparation, we should be good at finding and sorting out the * * * problems that teachers are confused about in teaching and some bad teaching tendencies in teaching.
Arranging these problems in collective lesson preparation for systematic research, discussion and practical activities, giving full play to the advantages of collective wisdom and learning from others can effectively relieve teachers' confusion and eliminate hidden dangers that restrict the improvement of teaching quality, thus ensuring that the overall teaching work always runs on the track of benign development.
3. In the collective lesson preparation, there are still some teachers who engage in formality, go through the motions, do not speak actively, or perfunctory. To sum up, in the future teaching and research, we must foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, study hard, and better carry out collective lesson preparation.
