Due to insufficient publicity, it is not widely known in the field of materials. The enterprise intends to ask the relevant departments to organize the appraisal. However, the identification procedure and how to compile identification data are not clear. To this end, the Special Committee of New Chemical Materials has sent personnel to the site to communicate with enterprises many times to help enterprises list the preparation outline and put forward the main points. Until recently, the preparation of a full set of appraisal materials has been completed.
● The biochemical professional committee organized experts to participate in the project proposal and feasibility study report of "Key Technology and Demonstration of Biomass Energy Industrialization" in the 11th Five-Year Plan supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and participated in the demonstration of "Demonstration of Key Technology and Industrialization of Cassava Biomass Energy" in Guangxi and "Demonstration of Key Technology and Industrialization of API Intermediates" in the 11th Five-Year Plan in Zhejiang. These works have been well received by the Ministry of Science and Technology, local science and technology commissions and enterprises. Responsible for compiling part of the software project "Research on the application trend of industrial biotechnology in the field of resources and energy" undertaken by Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and at the same time, it also put forward many consulting opinions for the development and projects of related enterprises.
● The specialized committee of coal chemical industry extensively contacted coal chemical enterprises, made full use of the experts and technical conditions of affiliated units, and carried out a large number of free and paid consulting activities. In 2007, the affiliated unit signed a contract 14 with relevant enterprises on the development plan and feasibility study report of coal chemical industry, with the contract amount of 23 1.7 million yuan.
In addition, I will actively participate in the pilot work of chemical engineering education certification led by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). In February 2007, I will send two executive directors and one deputy secretary-general to participate in the pilot working group of chemical engineering and technology professional certification in engineering education. Regarding the pilot work of chemical engineering education professional certification and chemical engineer qualification certification, our department will continue to promote it as an important activity of government social function transfer, and actively cooperate with foreign counterparts to make achievements.
Over the past year, the Institute has made some achievements, but there is still a certain gap from the requirements of China Association for Science and Technology and the vast number of chemical science and technology workers. Most importantly, the awareness and ability to serve the vast number of chemical science and technology workers need to be further improved, the ability of management research institutes needs to be further strengthened, and the basic work needs to be further consolidated. These problems should be highly valued and effective measures should be taken to further improve the reform and development ability of the college.
