The pawning right system is a unique system in the usufructuary right system of China traditional civil law, and its system design has always been characterized by balancing the interests and needs of both parties. As the Property Law stipulates the usufructuary right of the land contractual management right, it provides a legal basis for the application of the code to the land contractual management right in circulation. Based on the codification of land contractual management right, we can enrich the ways and types of land contractual management right transfer, improve the land contractual management right transfer system, effectively promote its transfer, solve the problem of insufficient rural financial supply, ensure the principle of collective ownership of rural land maximization, and provide an effective tool for solving the three rural issues. As a unique usufructuary right of China indigenous tradition, code rights can play a greater role in rural land circulation.
