(A) the main psychological problems in college students' self-experience

1, self-esteem is too strong. Most contemporary college students are only children. In the upbringing of the only child, every parent tries his best to make the child eat and wear well, praise him in time if he makes progress, and can't bear to criticize him if he has shortcomings, so that the child mistakenly thinks that everything is the best and no one can compare with him. However, when I arrived at the university campus where talents were in jeopardy, my original advantages were not revealed, and my sense of superiority was gone. I didn't analyze the reasons and didn't want to give up. So I am competitive in my study and life, and even hate others.

2. Lack of self-confidence and strong sense of inferiority. Because of low self-evaluation, frequent setbacks, poor appearance, relatively backward intelligence, autocratic parents, poor family economic conditions, incomplete families and other reasons, college students lack confidence in their own abilities, give up their pursuit, and have feelings of self-pity, self-pity and inferiority.

3. Experience no success. Because they can't evaluate themselves correctly, college students set themselves too high a level of ambition, and they can't satisfy themselves no matter what kind of achievements they get, so they can't appreciate the joy of success.

(B) strategies to enhance the degree of self-experience of college students

1, to guide students to experience the true sense of self-esteem. According to the theory of American humanistic psychologist Maslow, there are five levels of human needs from low to high, namely, physiological needs, security needs, belonging and love needs, self-esteem needs and self-realization needs, and self-esteem needs are human needs at a higher level. From the perspective of human development, education should motivate students to produce higher-level needs when the low-level needs are basically met, so that people can keep moving forward and finally realize the value of life. Only when people have self-esteem needs and self-esteem needs to be met can they experience self-esteem. However, when educators urge students to have self-esteem needs and experience self-esteem, they should let students know that only when their abilities, conduct and personality characteristics are recognized by the group can they gain a certain position, a good reputation and evaluation in the group and experience real self-esteem, and complacency brought by accidental success or self-righteousness is not self-esteem.

2. Guide students to enhance self-confidence and get rid of inferiority. First of all, educators should praise students in time when they make slight progress and help them build up confidence; Secondly, educators should teach students to appreciate themselves and cultivate self-confidence through positive self-suggestion; Finally, education should make students understand the truth that a person's value is reflected in the inner qualities that can be improved through his own efforts, such as knowledge, conduct, ability and personality charm, rather than through his unchangeable appearance and origin.

3. Instruct students to locate their ambition level reasonably. Everyone has certain expectations for himself. Too high or too low expectations will not make people experience the joy of success, but will gradually lose confidence and give up pursuing. A reasonable level of ambition is based on proper self-evaluation, so as long as students can evaluate themselves properly, they can determine a reasonable level of ambition for themselves.

Third, cultivate college students' self-monitoring ability

Self-monitoring means that individuals consciously and purposefully supervise and control their psychological activities and behaviors, mainly including self-inspection, self-monitoring and self-control. The so-called introspection is a process in which individuals compare and contrast the results of their activities with the purposes of their activities in their minds to ensure that the predetermined purposes and plans of the activities are gradually realized; Self-supervision means that a person uses his conscience or internal code of conduct to supervise his speech and behavior. Some people compare it to his "moral court". Self-control is the subject's active mastery of his own psychology and behavior.

(A) the main problems in self-monitoring of college students with psychological problems

1, not good at introspection. The main performance is that you can take action one step at a time, and the final effect is that regardless of the result, you don't adjust your behavior according to the plan, but modify your plan according to the result of your behavior.

You can't supervise yourself. The main performance is that social moral standards are not internalized into personal morality and there is no internal code of conduct. Without external supervision, it is impossible to produce conscious will action.

3. Weak self-control. The main performance is that the behavior is influenced by others and the external environment, and it is impossible to consciously launch appropriate behavior and actively control inappropriate behavior.

(B) measures to cultivate college students' self-monitoring ability

1, guide students to be good at introspection. Before taking action, we should set goals and make a reasonable action plan according to the existing conditions. Generally speaking, if there are no unexpected and insurmountable difficulties, the action should be carried out in an orderly manner according to the predetermined plan. In the process of action, we should constantly check the implementation of the plan, and once we find that the action deviates from the plan, we should adjust the action in time.

2. Instruct students to supervise themselves effectively. Teachers should guide students to seriously understand the essence of social moral standards and norms, internalize them into personal morality, and establish personal internal code of conduct to supervise their own behavior.

3. Instruct students to improve their self-control ability. Self-control ability is closely related to human willpower. Therefore, educators should guide students to cultivate tenacious willpower. Only in this way, under the supervision of the inner "moral court", students can consciously produce behaviors such as learning, helping others and entertaining. , and actively stop vandalism, unsanitary, loud noise, slapstick and other behaviors that are incorrect or should not exist in the current situation. turn
