With the strong support of the provincial science and technology department, the State Forestry Administration, the Ministry of Water Resources and other departments, the Berry Research Institute of Heilongjiang Agricultural Science and Technology College took the lead in carrying out research on many topics of seabuckthorn, introduced more than 40 seabuckthorn varieties at home and abroad, bred 4 excellent seabuckthorn varieties and more than 20 excellent strains, and reported 2 excellent strains to the Ministry of Water Resources for approval, with a promotion area of 65,438+10,000 mu. Through cross breeding, 6 excellent seabuckthorn strains with strong resistance, high yield and late maturity were selected, and more than 80 excellent seabuckthorn strains were selected, and seedling propagation was carried out. He has mastered the techniques of seabuckthorn hybrid breeding, sowing, cuttage propagation, cultivation and processing, published more than 40 papers, participated in the compilation of 3 seabuckthorn-related works, and won 5 scientific and technological achievement awards. Nearly 200 species of seabuckthorn germplasm resources were introduced and innovated, and the largest seabuckthorn germplasm resource bank in China was established.
