Is dragon bombing an intangible cultural heritage?
It is an intangible cultural heritage.

Lantern Festival (the custom of frying dragons in Dejiang), a folk custom in Dejiang County, Tongren City, Guizhou Province, is one of the national intangible cultural heritages. The custom of frying dragons in Dejiang originated from dancing dragons for rain, and the evil spirits attached to dragons were driven away by "frying". Now it has evolved into a kind of folk activity to reward God and entertain people, in order to pray for good weather and good harvests.
