Characteristics of Campus E-commerce Campus E-commerce is similar to general e-commerce in business operation mode, and all of them exchange goods, services or information through the network. However, compared with general e-commerce, campus e-commerce has its own unique characteristics besides the general characteristics of spanning time and space, digitalization, openness and transparency. (1) Excellent network environment Colleges and universities are not only knowledge-intensive places, but also one of the places with the highest computer penetration rate. In order to facilitate students' study and life, most schools have built internal local area networks, and campus websites can be opened 24 hours a day. Moreover, the network usage fee is very cheap, and the local area network connects most departments, institutions and dormitories in colleges and universities to achieve the purpose of information resources sharing, improving efficiency and optimizing combination. In addition, there are many advanced laboratories in colleges and universities, which provide a good environment for students to carry out e-commerce simulation operation and practical operation. (2) Stable consumer groups The stable customer base of students and teachers on the university campus cannot be replicated by others. College students have many similar hobbies and consumption tendencies, and commodity consumption is relatively simple. Thousands of students flow every year, injecting fresh blood into campus e-commerce. The consumer groups on the university campus have high quality and are easy to accept new things, especially the students are generally around 18-25 years old, and they are in the stage of strong thirst for knowledge, which is the main force to carry out e-commerce. (3) Secure payment system Network security and payment risk are two major obstacles to the development of e-commerce. Campus network usually uses firewall system to connect with Internet and extranet, so as to ensure the security of network system. The payment system of campus e-commerce usually uses campus "all-in-one card" to make small payments, so as to avoid or reduce the risk of card number theft when using bank credit card or debit card to pay online. (4) Convenient logistics distribution The residential areas of teachers and students are very concentrated, which makes the logistics distribution accurate and timely and greatly reduces the cost. With the strong support and help of the school, most colleges and universities have solved the "last mile" problem in the traditional e-commerce logistics distribution through the way of poor students working and studying, and also promoted the development of campus e-commerce. (E) Lack of good credit mechanism and imperfect credit system are important obstacles to the development of e-commerce in China. E-commerce credit mainly depends on personal credit, merchant credit and social credit. Without a good supervision mechanism, there will be various credit crises. In the campus e-commerce environment, because the two parties to the transaction are mainly teachers, students, employees and registered businesses around the school, once violations occur, they will soon be exposed. Therefore, they cherish their reputation very much and consciously cultivate good personal credit and business credit. Second, the problems existing in the development of campus e-commerce (a) lack of sufficient familiarity with campus e-commerce. First of all, it is reflected in the lack of research on campus e-commerce theory. Due to the influence of the external environment, people excessively admire the form of online education, and the idea of quick success and instant benefit is serious, and the phenomenon of comparing and following the trend between schools is serious. In the case of insufficient education funds, they blindly "pave the way" and regard network hardware construction as the only standard to realize education modernization, education informatization and improve education quality, which has caused some unrealistic losses and wastes of education funds. Secondly, I am not familiar with the reform of educational governance concept needed by campus e-commerce construction. Many people think that campus e-commerce is a means to update campus governance. However, practice has proved that only changing the means of governance is not enough to cope with the rapid changes in the external environment. If we want to change successfully, we must start with the innovation of educational governance concept. In other words, the fundamental problem of educational informatization is not technology, but the way of thinking. Therefore, in the process of educational informatization, people should never become slaves of technology, but should "integrate" with technology in people's lives, in the interaction between teachers and students, and in the whole education system. (2) E-commerce. Lack of overall planning, the construction of heavy network equipment, light application system. Many schools lack the overall planning in the initial stage of establishing campus e-commerce, the network construction lacks the necessary network construction supervisor, and the project company is weak, which leads to the low quality of network construction, poor network, insufficient bandwidth, poor access performance and long waiting time. When building a network, we do not consider the long-term vision, the development direction of network technology, but only focus on the present and covet cheap equipment selection. In this way, the products we buy are outdated or even eliminated. As a result, it can not be expanded in the later period, resulting in repeated investment or wrong investment in the school. In addition, due to the lack of campus e-commerce application software, the so-called "campus network" in the market now is mostly equipment solutions proposed by some manufacturers based on advanced hardware, and there is no perfect application system, which can not serve education and teaching well. The Ministry of Education requires universities in China to establish their own campus networks before 2005. In order to achieve this goal, many colleges and universities are unwilling to invest in hardware equipment, but they are unwilling to invest in applications because of the lack of overall thinking and limited financial resources. After the completion of the hardware platform, due to many factors such as follow-up funds, ideas, application software and governance system, the campus network has not become an advanced tool for teaching, scientific research and teaching governance, but only as a general tool for browsing news, sending and receiving emails, especially as a tool for some people to share stocks, chat online and play online games, which has failed to achieve the real purpose of campus network construction.
