In 2003, he served as a member of the expert group on SARS prevention and treatment in Jiangsu Province and the leader of the expert group on SARS treatment in Nanjing Second Hospital. During the outbreak of Streptococcus suis in Sichuan in 2005, he was a member of the clinical expert group of the Ministry of Health, and served as the leader of the expert group for the treatment of seriously injured people in the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008. Over the years, more than 100 papers have been published, including 9 in SCI and more than 50 in Medline.
