Thanks to the kindness of the leaders, I was lucky enough to participate in the centralized training of the first batch of rural key preschool teachers in Hunan Province from 20xx65438 to February 65438 to March. Please allow me to express my heartfelt thanks to the leaders who provided us with this valuable training opportunity on behalf of the students who participated in the "National Training"! 15 days of training, listening to many wonderful lectures by famous experts and professors. They deeply shocked me with vivid examples and profound theories. The following is a brief report on the training experience.

First of all, I learned advanced preschool education theory.

The forward-looking concept of preschool education experts made me suddenly enlightened. Professor Yue Yaping of Nanjing Normal University's lecture "Being a Kindergarten Teacher with Educational Wisdom" said that educational wisdom includes hard wisdom and soft wisdom. Hard wisdom is a necessary cultural accomplishment and subject skill for teachers; Soft wisdom is a teacher's teaching idea, teaching method and teaching emotion. Only intelligent education can cultivate intelligent people, and only intelligent teachers can cultivate intelligent students. She said, "A teacher full of educational wisdom has a young heart, and the most important thing is a childlike heart." Teachers should be good at discovering children's wisdom, particularity, difference and complexity. All special behavioral mysteries are discoveries of unique eyes. First-class teachers communicate with children with their eyes and hearts. Second-rate teachers use language, third-rate teachers use punishment; Because what you think is written on your forehead. We should pay attention to every child with the mother's eyes; As a kindergarten teacher, at the same time, we should be good at reflection, constantly evaluate our own behavior and sort out our own experience; A wise teacher is also a happy teacher. A wise teacher is a person who can make others happy as well as himself. Having fun with children is the great wisdom of education.

Professor Chen made a detailed interpretation of the new Outline, which not only made us see the present situation of preschool education clearly, but also made us realize the great responsibility. Like a spring breeze, the "National Ten Articles" show us the country's attention and hope for preschool education. I deeply realize that only by constantly improving their work quality and quality can teachers improve their children's learning quality.

Secondly, I learned a new method of education and teaching management.

We visited Changsha Normal First Kindergarten and Wanying Kindergarten. Their environmental creation is based on children. They have created a fixed corner in the class where children can carry out their own activities. The game material is rich, and children can play games at any time. The creation of each class corner takes into account the age characteristics and individual differences of children. Such as weaving carpets, making business cards, installing chairs, picking fruits, finding a home in a small box, etc. In this environment, children have truly reached the realm of happy games and intelligent life.

The theme activity of "Gamification of Music Teaching and Cultivation of Children's Learning Quality" by Xu Zhuoya, a famous special-grade teacher in China, pushed the whole national training project to a commanding height. She used a very relaxed and happy teaching form to let us appreciate the essence of music game teaching. Professor Xu summarized the game teaching into four elements: story-action-music-others. In teaching practice, we should first weave music into stories, then arrange corresponding actions for the stories, and perceive music in the actions. Finally, we should add "monosodium glutamate" to music games-more advanced and appropriate challenges, such as interpersonal relationships, friendly matches, creative expression, formation change, and adding musical instrument props.

In short, through this study, I have broadened my horizons and work ideas, and improved my educational philosophy and ideological realm. At the same time, I also expect that there will be more such learning opportunities in the future, and more teachers will receive national training.
