Xu Xiaoping (1968—), female, from Yantai, Shandong, master, associate professor, research interests include fractal, image processing, information fusion, etc. In 2003, he went to the School of Information Science and Electrical Engineering of Shandong Jiaotong University to teach, and now he is an associate professor.
