A bittersweet debate
No pain, no gain

There is a dragon in the ancient East. Its name is China. China has a long history and culture, and its essence is unknown. I am proud that I am from China, and I am even more proud that I am a descendant of the Chinese people.

The establishment of China was full of disasters. Because of the corruption in the Qing Dynasty, many foreigners invaded China, the Yuanmingyuan was robbed and burned, and the opium incident did great harm to China. A foreigner said, "Your corruption is a matter of time, but it is ahead of schedule." What they said is very wrong in my opinion. The land under my feet will always be a part of China. This land was shot down by Chairman Mao Zedong, many Cultural Revolution fighters and the10 million People's Liberation Army in Qian Qian. The previous disaster finally went through difficulties. On the important day of 10, 1, the five-star red flag slowly rose, which made many foreigners gasp in admiration. China took another big step forward, and the sleeping dragon woke up again.

The idiom "Bitter first, then sweet" allows us to witness the determination of a corrupt country to stand up again, and also tells us that we must change from bitter to sweet, and so does our life.
