Blind test result processing
1. All papers submitted for review have been withdrawn, and the review opinions are valid. If it cannot be completely recovered, the number of missing copies must be submitted for review.
2. Due to special circumstances, if it is not possible to recover all the papers submitted in time, graduate department can decide whether to let graduate students defend their papers first according to the recovered evaluation opinions, and then determine the handling opinions of the defense according to the recovered number of empty albums and evaluation opinions.
3. If the doctoral thesis is rejected by one vote in the double-blind review, two reviewers will be added for review. If negative opinions appear again, the paper will be judged as unqualified.
