Doing a good job in the whole year is of great significance to the steady development of the company and the full realization of the development goals of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. Over the past year, the company's trade unions have been working in the Working Committee of the Group Company and the trade unions of Guodian XX and XX power generation enterprises.
Under the leadership of the Party Committee of XX Company, with the care and support of the administration, we insisted on relying on the working class wholeheartedly to run the enterprise well, united and mobilized all cadres and workers, worked hard, pioneered and innovated, and implemented Scientific Outlook on Development, which made due contributions to the construction of harmonious XX and harmonious Guodian.
Next, on behalf of the three trade union committees of the company, I made a report to the conference, which was divided into two parts: a review of trade union work and working ideas.

Trade union work keeps pace with the times from four aspects: highlighting the key points, promoting the implementation of rights protection, serving the center, promoting participation in education, keeping in mind the mission, promoting the performance of duties, giving play to its role and promoting harmonious construction.

Taking safeguarding the interests of employees as the starting point of all work, on the basis of respecting and safeguarding the overall interests of the company's development, we should listen to people's voices, respect public opinion, concentrate people's wisdom, and effectively solve the problems that employees are most concerned about, most directly need, especially the reform plans and important rules and regulations involving the vital interests of employees. After being deliberated and implemented by the workers' congress, the workers' organizations are recognized in the trade unions to the maximum extent, and the enthusiasm and creativity of the workers are mobilized.
-Trade unions sign collective labor contracts with enterprises on behalf of employees and guide employees to sign labor contracts with enterprises. In this way, harmonious and stable labor relations are gradually established within the enterprise, the legal awareness of both parties to the contract is obviously enhanced, and their behaviors are further standardized, so that the implementation of the collective labor contract is checked twice a year by the secretary miscellaneous network, and both parties have written summary materials and report to the workers' congress. The performance of the collective labor contracts of both parties is good, with the performance rate reaching 65,438+000% and employee satisfaction reaching 96.45%, which has laid a solid foundation for internal harmony and stability of the company.
-safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of female workers in accordance with the law, and the rate of gynecological examination and physical examination in that year reached over 90%; Employees can get timely and effective help when they encounter special difficulties.
-Seriously carry out the "send warm" activities, do practical things, do good deeds and solve difficult problems for the broad masses of employees and retired employees, communicate with the administration in time, and try our best to solve them according to regulations. To achieve a sound system, the implementation of responsibilities, a clear base, effective measures; Establish and improve files for employees who are extremely poor, difficult and in need of help; The chairman of the trade union earnestly performs the duty of "the first responsible person" to help the needy workers. 2. Actively participate in the medical mutual aid activities organized and implemented by the XX Provincial Federation of Trade Unions. The fourth mutual aid activities have been subsidized by 85,000 yuan for 163 person-times, effectively reducing the economic burden of hospitalized employees.
3. Actively organize employees to carry out poverty alleviation activities and offer love to Pu 'er disaster area. 834 employees donated 22,596 yuan, led by the company's power generation department, and the whole company participated in donating more than 40,000 yuan for Comrade Shi Zhenghai's serious illness.

After listening to the company leaders' debriefing at the debriefing appraisal meeting of enterprise leading cadres, the employee representatives earnestly exercised their democratic rights and evaluated the company's leading bodies in an objective, fair, realistic and responsible manner. The statistical results of job evaluation show that the excellent and competent rate is 83%. —— The company's factory affairs publicity organization is sound, the leading organization is in place, and the office is located in the company's trade union, which is responsible for the daily affairs, organization and coordination of factory affairs publicity. Over the past year, the responsibilities of factory affairs publicity are clear, the system is complete, the procedures are standardized, a three-level network has been established, and various forms of publicity have been set up. , the application of network, factory affairs publicity column and other means, * * * company's "democratic management, factory affairs publicity management measures" content more than 1500. The whole public work can be timely and extensive. The satisfaction rate of workers' representatives to the publicity of factory affairs reached 92.35%.

Recommend the fuel department of the company to participate in the "Worker Pioneer" in XX Province, and be awarded the honorary title of "Worker Pioneer" by the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions; Liu Weimin, the general manager of the company, was recommended to participate in the selection of advanced individuals for infrastructure project commissioning of China Guodian Corporation, and was awarded the first-class medal of Guodian by China Guodian Corporation. The company keeps sound files of provincial and ministerial model workers, and the treatment of model workers is well implemented according to national policies. Fourth, deepen publicity and education and improve the quality of the team.

Over the past year, the chairman, vice-chairman, office director, director of women workers and some grassroots trade union cadres have participated in relevant training organized by higher-level trade unions such as the Working Committee of Guodian Group. The training rate of trade union cadres is over 95%.

The trade union audit committee will review the trade union funds every year, and there is no illegal behavior in financial management.
