It is required to complete the required credits and pass the exam. Ph.D. students of Chang 'an University who have completed the required credits according to the training plan and passed the examination and met the basic requirements for graduation, but did not meet the conditions for conferring degrees, may apply for graduation thesis defense within the longest study period. Doctoral students who are allowed to graduate and meet the requirements for applying for a degree within 3 years after graduation may apply for a degree in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Master's and Doctor's Degree Awarding in Chang 'an University.
