2. Conveying length and inclination: The length and inclination of the conveying line directly affect the total resistance and required power of the conveyor. At present, there are many types of conveyors, some of which feed directly in parallel, and some of which have a certain inclination, so these situations should be explained when choosing screw conveyors.
3. Conveying speed: The conveying speed directly affects the conveying capacity. When the conveyor belt is used as a traction component and the conveying length is long, the conveying speed is increasing day by day. However, high-speed conveyor should pay attention to vibration, noise, starting and braking. For the conveyor with chain as traction component, the conveying speed should not be too high to avoid increasing the power load. At the same time, the conveying speed of the feeder with process control should be determined according to the production process requirements.
4. Component size: The component size of the conveyor includes the conveyor diameter size, hopper volume, blade spacing and container size. The size of these components directly affects the conveying capacity of the screw conveyor.
