Open the Word document, and on the Start menu, click the Open Replace tab. Enter a space after the search content, replace it with nothing, and then click the Replace All option.

It is not troublesome to modify in Word. You copy this paper into Word, press Ctrl+H to open the replacement window "Find Content", put a space in the empty place of "Replace with", don't lose anything, and then click "Replace All", and all the spaces will disappear at once.
