I have several important parts about car maintenance for your reference. 1. Use lubricating oil with proper quality grade. SD-SF gasoline engine oil should be selected according to the additional devices and service conditions of the intake and exhaust system; For diesel engines, CB-CD diesel engine oil should be selected according to the mechanical load, and the selection standard should not be lower than the requirements specified by the manufacturer. Change the oil and filter element regularly. The oil quality of any quality grade lubricating oil will change during use. After a certain mileage, the performance will deteriorate, which will bring various problems to the engine. In order to avoid the occurrence of faults, oil should be changed regularly according to the use situation, and the amount of oil should be moderate (generally, the upper limit of oil meter is better). When the oil passes through the pores of the filter, solid particles and viscous substances in the oil will accumulate in the filter. If the filter is blocked and the oil can't pass through the filter element, the filter element will burst or the safety valve will be opened. After passing through the bypass valve, the dirt will still be brought back to the lubrication part, which will promote engine wear and aggravate internal pollution. 3. Keep the crankcase well ventilated. At present, most gasoline engines are equipped with PCV valve (crankcase forced ventilation device) to promote engine ventilation, but pollutants in "blowby" will be deposited around the PCV valve, which may block the valve. If the PCV valve is blocked, the polluted gas will flow into the air filter in the opposite direction, and the polluted filter element will reduce the filtering ability. If the inhaled mixed gas is too dirty, it will further pollute the crankcase, resulting in increased fuel consumption, increased engine wear and even damage to the engine. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the PCV regularly to remove pollutants around the PCV valve. 4. Regularly clean the crankcase During the engine operation, high-pressure unburned gas, acid, water, sulfur and nitrogen oxides in the combustion chamber enter the crankcase through the gap between the piston ring and the cylinder wall, and mix with the metal powder produced by the wear of parts to form sludge. Floating in the engine oil when the amount is small, and precipitating the engine oil when the amount is large, which will block the filter and oil hole, resulting in engine lubrication difficulties and wear. In addition, the oxidation of engine oil at high temperature will produce paint film and carbon deposit, which will stick to the piston, increase fuel consumption, reduce engine power, and even make the piston ring jam and pull the cylinder seriously. Therefore, the crankcase should be cleaned regularly to keep the engine clean. 5. Clean the fuel system regularly. When the fuel is supplied to the combustion chamber through the fuel passage, it will inevitably form colloid and carbon deposit in the fuel passage, carburetor, fuel nozzle and combustion chamber, which will interfere with the fuel flow, destroy the normal air-fuel ratio, cause poor fuel atomization, and cause performance problems such as engine jitter, explosive vibration, unstable idle speed and poor acceleration. Using BG888 (powerful and efficient cleaning agent for fuel system) to clean the fuel system and using internal cleaning agent of the engine regularly to control the generation of carbon deposits can keep the engine in the best condition all the time. 6. Regular maintenance of water tank Rust and scaling of engine water tank are the most common problems. Rust and scale will restrict the flow of coolant in the cooling system, reduce heat dissipation, lead to overheating of the engine and even cause engine damage. Oxidation of cooling liquid will also form acidic substances, which will corrode the metal parts of the water tank, resulting in water tank damage and water leakage. Regular use (powerful and efficient water tank cleaner) to clean the water tank and remove rust and scale from it can not only ensure the normal operation of the engine, but also prolong the overall life of the water tank and the engine.
