In the aspect of energy management, the implementation rules of energy management, energy metering management methods, energy saving management system, energy management methods, energy metering and metering equipment management system, and energy quota management assessment implementation methods are sorted out.

Energy-saving technological transformation 20XX national financial reward project, application report for utilization of residual pressure from methanol purge gas, and application materials for provincial "two-type" pilot enterprises have been compiled. Third, the management of technological innovation and technological transformation

The technical department overcame the difficulties of few department personnel and heavy technical transformation tasks, organized technical transformation project seminars for many times, discussed and arranged technical transformation work in detail, listened to the rectification suggestions put forward by everyone, and formulated the implementation plans of various technical transformation projects. 1. Complete the negative pressure reconstruction project of comprehensive heating furnace. By expanding the air duct, the problem of insufficient negative pressure of the comprehensive heating furnace is well solved, the service life of the comprehensive heating furnace is prolonged, and the safe operation of the equipment is ensured.

2. The pressure grade improvement project of the system equipment after the transformation was completed, and the pressure grade of the equipment was improved by replacing the zinc oxide tank at room temperature and the gas-liquid separator. Meet the pressure required by the system.

3. Completed the project of adding an air extractor to the combined compressor turbine.

4. Completed the water supply and softening project of circulating water, in order to solve the scaling and shutdown cleaning problems of circulating water system that restrict the safe and stable production in summer.

5. Completed the project of circulating water and cooling tower. The project entered the commissioning stage in early June, and the completion of the project will play an important role in the safety of methanol plant in summer.

6. Complete the technical demonstration and "joint review" of the construction drawing of the newly added small synthetic tower project. It is worth mentioning that the technical department has done a lot of work, revised the pipeline drawings, rearranged the water supply and steam pipelines according to the site conditions, and added dn200 nitrogen pipeline in the new design, which played an important role in the early operation of the small synthesis system. The annual output of methanol can be increased by more than 6000 tons, which can improve the capacity of the plant and achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.

7. Small hydrogenation tanks, reserved openings of secondary hydrogenation tanks and series-parallel pipelines of primary and secondary hydrogenation in fine desulfurization, passivation and vulcanization pipeline projects have been completed.

8. The technical demonstration, preliminary preparation and implementation of 1# boiler coal to gas were completed, and the ignition trial operation was successful in August 18, which played an important role in the safe and stable operation of methanol plant.

Four, maintenance and repair technology management

Since the end of last year, the technical department has organized the production department, the production workshop, the civil engineering group and the construction unit to formulate detailed and thorough construction plans and measures for all the parts that need to be left and left as planned, mark each joint on site, and clarify the responsible person. All the parts that need to be dug have been dug on April 28th, and relevant units have been organized to pass the on-site acceptance.

This overhaul needs to clean 43 sets of heat exchange equipment. In order to ensure the quality and quantity are completed on time, the technical department, together with the workshop and cleaning unit, carefully organized and formulated the construction scheme, workflow and safety technical measures, and supervised the whole cleaning process. Immediately after the cleaning, the relevant departments were organized to conduct joint acceptance of the equipment, which ensured that the equipment was immediately replaced and won time for maintenance. Keep an eye on the site during maintenance and deal with the problems at any time. In the process of cleaning the interstage cooler of the air separation compressor, the electrical maintenance was cut off. In order to ensure that the next day can meet the driving conditions, the technical department broke the routine and put forward emergency measures to pull water with fire engines, which ensured cleanliness and laid a good foundation for the next step of safe production.

Arrange the construction unit to complete the anti-corrosion and heat preservation repair work after the overhaul, and the engineering quantity is about 10,000 yuan.

Shortcomings and lessons in verb (verb's abbreviation)

1, there are still loopholes in the formulation and assessment of process indicators, which are embodied in the fact that the temperature measuring points in the radiation section of the comprehensive heating furnace and the convection section of the coke oven gas heating furnace are not included as important process indicators in the assessment system of process indicators, which is also a factor of furnace tube combustion.

2. The depth of technical analysis is not enough, and the partial deficiency of comprehensive system analysis is emphasized, which is mainly reflected in the fact that the furnace tube on the south side of the comprehensive heating furnace burned out on June 29, and the reason analysis just ignores the water seal phenomenon at the U-bend of the outlet pipeline; After the explosion of the radiation section of the coke oven gas heating furnace on March 7, it is also a safety hazard to only consider replacing the radiation section pipeline and ignore the convection section furnace tube. 1 1.28 the explosion accident in convection section of coke oven gas heating furnace once again warns us that while eliminating the current hidden dangers, we must systematically evaluate, analyze and judge the potential hidden dangers.

3. I don't know enough about the performance of circulating water bypass filtration equipment. I simply think that replacing the filter material can improve the pollution interception ability, but practice has proved that the effect of replacing the filter material is not obvious because of the design defects of the bypass filter itself.

4. Not paying enough attention to the operation of the pretreatment system, not knowing the consequences, and not giving full play to its functions of removing tar, nai and coarse desulfurization, which leads to the difficulty of subsequent treatment, frequent maintenance and shutdown of the coke oven gas compressor, increased cost, tar entering the furnace tube of the heating furnace, resulting in carbon deposition and overheating of the furnace tube, which has major security risks.

5. Energy management pays more attention to statistics than analysis, without analyzing the energy consumption of each link of the system and then systematically analyzing the energy balance of the whole device, so as to find out the specific methods of energy saving and consumption reduction.
