In the long-term practice, we have opened up various educational channels and created various types of activities. "Young Pioneers' activities should follow the law of children's growth, adhere to the people-oriented principle, and highlight the subjectivity of young pioneers. Through two main lines, one is to give full play to the advantages of young pioneers, carry out educational activities for young pioneers, and improve the comprehensive quality of young pioneers; Second, from the perspective of the Young Pioneers as their own organizations, we should pay attention to the healthy physical and mental growth of children and cultivate the sound personality of the Young Pioneers. " ② The design of our team activities mostly focuses on the first thread, paying attention to ideological and moral education, while ignoring the second thread, ignoring the education of healthy psychology and sound personality. "Serving the growth of children wholeheartedly is the starting point and the end result of all the work of the Young Pioneers. First of all, counselors should have the concept of facing all young pioneers. In our daily work, we can keep in mind "three things". ⑤ Constantly remind ourselves that we must never let a young pioneer fall behind on the road of cultivating and educating young pioneers to grow up healthily. Secondly, counselors should do their duty. We should not only carefully observe and discover, but also be good at discovering the specific problems that may exist in each child from the mental state and even the expression, and send warmth and care to the hearts of every young pioneer. You have two requirements: First, you should be close to the young pioneers, not only physically, but also spiritually. So you can know everything about them. Second, we should be good at thinking. Most people with personality defects are irritable and depressed. The former is strong and difficult to control, and it is easy to produce hasty behavior that hurts others. The latter is often sensitive, suspicious, emotionally fragile, introverted, rigid and prone to self-harm. Therefore, when designing activities, we should consider their acceptance, and we should not let the activities give them psychological pressure or expose their defects to others.
