The motor is driven by V-belt to make the spindle (grinding wheel) rotate, and then the vertical feed grinding movement is realized by rotating the handwheel through the lead screw and nut, and the horizontal feed grinding is mainly realized by the horizontal movement of the small frame on the big frame.

A worm gear pair is installed on the drag plate, which can make the grinding wheel tilt 30 degrees left and right to meet the needs of various inclined grinding. Push the big frame to move repeatedly along the longitudinal direction of the track to complete the grinding work.

Main structure: consists of two parts:

1. There are four large frames with single rim rollers moving on the track.
