[Talking about the Cultivation of Children's Cooperative Ability] Pre-school Education Papers
Cooperation is an indispensable factor for children's future development, adaptation and foothold in society. It is very important to cultivate children's cooperative ability and consciousness from an early age. In order to ensure that our next generation has good quality, teachers should attach importance to the cultivation of children's cooperative ability and consciousness. Below, the author will talk about his own experience in cultivating children's cooperative ability and consciousness in study and life.

First, create an environment conducive to cooperation, actively provide opportunities for children to cooperate, and initially cultivate children's awareness of communication and cooperation.

In order to cultivate children's cooperative ability and consciousness, promote their physical and mental health development, make children better adapt to collective life, improve their social communication and cooperation ability, and learn to live in harmony with others, I have formulated the norms and requirements for communicating and cooperating with students in this class, requiring them to learn to share objects and roles in the process of cooperation, and to share them with their peers when using toys and electrical appliances, instead of possessing, fighting and swearing alone. And create opportunities for practice in practice, so that children can learn to establish good interpersonal relationships in collective life.

First of all, create opportunities for children to learn and play games in cooperation with their peers, because games are the most effective means for children to learn. Children can get a pleasant experience of cooperating with their peers in games, and they can also get full satisfaction after cooperating with others in games. For example, they can learn to play different roles in the role game Dr. Flower Dog's Clinic, let children negotiate and assign roles through language, and educate their children about health knowledge through cooperative performances of several people. In addition, in daily life, I also pay attention to the cultivation of children's cooperative ability. Such as rubber bands, building blocks, puzzles and so on. Try to provide and create opportunities for children to cooperate with their peers so that children can learn to cooperate in practice. I also used the wall of this class to post some pictures of children's cooperative behavior. In the outdoor corridor, the tile wall provides a space for children to cooperate in painting, so that children can have the opportunity to cooperate with their peers at any time. In activities, children can't just care about themselves, knowing that it takes several people to cooperate to complete a task, but also integrate their own ideas and opinions. At this time, two or more people need to negotiate, which provides children with opportunities for exercise.

Secondly, the cultivation of children's cooperative consciousness runs through all aspects of children's activities. For example, when children come to the garden in the morning, several people cooperate with the teacher to clean the classroom, and when they are on duty, they send and receive toys, carry water, mop the floor and water the flowers, which can provide children with a lot of opportunities for learning and practical cooperation, greatly strengthening their cooperation ability. As a teacher, don't miss every opportunity for children to cooperate, but also consciously create opportunities for children to cooperate. For example, in language activities, organize children to play language games to see who can speak well. First, put forward the rules of activities, use group games to give every child a chance to exercise, learn to actively listen to other people's conversations, experience the fun of communication and cooperation with others, and further cultivate children's cooperation ability. Through these games, we can cultivate children's sense of cooperation, let them know how to cooperate, know the importance of cooperation and share the happiness after cooperation. I also adjust the rules of the game of children's cooperative behavior around the goal of cultivating children's cooperative ability: be modest, negotiate, be polite, don't fight for toys, and don't make noise. Observe carefully in the activities, remind children to abide by them in time, and at the same time provide children with more opportunities for exchanges and cooperation, and establish children's activity areas, such as nature corner, book corner, art corner, music corner and so on. Let the children cooperate to distribute toys, books, percussion instruments, etc. So that all children can experience the happiness after cooperation. For another example, when playing the "fun cans" game, I first instructed the children to play cans by themselves, and then the children freely explored various ways to play cans. The teacher toured the guidance and then asked, "Just now, the children were playing cans by themselves. Can we play cans together? " Give it a try, maybe you can play more tricks. "The children are free to play with cans, and the teacher is on tour. Children have fun through the cooperation of two or more people, and they also play a lot of tricks. Playing with cans as toys is a relatively novel activity. During the whole activity, the children's enthusiasm and initiative are very high. They explored many methods, all of which were very creative. In the process of group exploration, children fully experienced the fun of cooperation and consultation with peers, and unconsciously cultivated their team spirit.

Second, cultivate children's good moral character of friendship and mutual assistance.

Teachers should use various forms to let children learn to communicate and improve their communication and cooperation skills. At present, most families are only children. Because of their parents' doting and pampering, they are self-centered since childhood, headstrong and unwilling to cooperate with others. Therefore, teachers and parents should understand children's personality characteristics, communicate in various forms in time, give proper and correct guidance consciously, find out children's ideological tendencies and bad behaviors, correctly choose educational content, accurately grasp educational opportunities, and strengthen ideological and moral education. Educate children to care about others, unite and be friendly, help each other, and discuss with others when things go wrong. Only when children have good moral qualities such as caring for others, being tolerant and friendly, and helping each other can they lay a good foundation for further cooperation in the future. In children's daily life, there are abundant educational opportunities. As long as teachers are good at observing and capturing the little things in life, giving random education to children, infiltrating moral education into every activity, and using appropriate educational methods, better educational results can be achieved. For example, by saying "You are my good friend", "I am a capable little helper", "You help me, I help you", "Cartoons" and "Let's do it together", let children understand what friendship is and how to do it, learn to share cooperation with peers, feel the joy of cooperation with others, and let them know that some things can only be done well if everyone works together.

Third, improve children's pleasant experience in communication and cooperation.

After children gradually learn to cooperate with friends, they will feel the pleasure of cooperation in communication, continue to have the need for cooperation, and have a positive attitude of cooperation with others. Teachers should pay attention to let children fully feel the fun and satisfaction brought by interacting with peers through each activity, so as to stimulate their intrinsic motivation and make their cooperative behavior more stable and conscious. At this time, teachers should purposefully educate children to promote cooperative behavior and improve their cooperative ability in practice. For example, in the construction of the scientific activity "Little Ant Paradise", I prepared building blocks, tools for inserting plastics and accumulating plastics, various cartons, yogurt bottles, cans, scissors, colored paper, paste and so on for the children in advance. Through a series of activities in "Little Ant Paradise", we get a preliminary understanding of the characteristics of small ants, so that children are willing to try to use various items for creative activities. Under the guidance and encouragement of the teacher, the children do it themselves, use their brains, find ways to help the little ant, and also have the idea of building a house for the little ant, which gives full play to the enthusiasm and initiative of the children. The construction of "Little Ant Paradise" takes children's interests as the starting point, so children's enthusiasm for participating in activities is very high. In the whole building activity, I also participated in it, helping children to find counseling materials. Children can boldly express their ideas and try to build a paradise for small ants with different materials. Such activities improve children's ability to use their hands and brains, enhance their sense of cooperation, and stimulate their good quality of being helpful. Everyone works together to complete a work, so that children can truly experience the joy of communication and cooperation.

In short, improving children's cooperation ability can not be completed overnight, nor can it be achieved by preaching alone. Instead, teachers need to be conscientious people, create various cooperative environments for children and give careful guidance. Only in this way can we bear fruitful results and lay a solid foundation for the good development of children.
