Therefore, he came to Cambridge this autumn and was highly praised by Russell. 1965438+autumn 2003-1965438+spring 2004, he wrote some important philosophical notes. 1965438+In August 2004, Wittgenstein signed up for the army and participated in the First World War. He wrote 4-7 letters during the war. After World War I, Wittgenstein taught primary schools in rural Austria for several years. 1929 returned to Cambridge, where he took philosophy of logic as his doctoral thesis and obtained his doctorate. The following year, he became a researcher at Trinity College, and 1939 succeeded Professor G.E. Moore of Cambridge. From 65438 to 0947, he resigned as a professor, specializing in philosophy research in rural Ireland.

Wittgenstein's philosophical thought can be divided into early stage and late stage. In the early stage, it was the philosophy of logical analysis, the core of which was schema theory, which had a decisive influence on logical positivism. In the later period, the previous philosophical views were basically abandoned, that is, schema theory was replaced by linguistic game theory, logical analysis was replaced by linguistic analysis, and ideal language was replaced by everyday language. His philosophy in this period had a great influence on the historicism in daily philosophy of language and philosophy of science. He is the author of Logic-Philosophy and Philosophical Research.

1951On April 29th, Wittgenstein passed away. His last words were: "Tell them I'm doing well!" " .

Ludwig Wittgenstein

Ludwig Wittstein (translated by Wigenstein in Taiwan Province,1889 April 26th-1951April 29th), born in Austria, is a philosopher and mathematical logician. His father is an industrial tycoon and his mother is the daughter of a banker. He is Russell's student and good friend, and his works come from Moore's Principles of Ethics and Russell and Huaihai's Principles of Mathematics.

Wittgenstein is the main representative of linguistic school. His philosophy mainly studies language, and he wants to reveal what happens when people communicate and express themselves. He believes that the essence of philosophy is language. Language is the expression of human thoughts and the foundation of the whole civilization, and the essence of philosophy can only be found in language. He dispelled the only essence of traditional metaphysics and found a new development direction for philosophy. His main works "On Logical Philosophy" and "Philosophical Research" respectively represent the two stages of his life's philosophical system. The former is mainly deconstruction, which makes philosophy a linguistic problem. Philosophy must face language directly. "What can be said can be made clear, and what cannot be said should be silent." Philosophy is nothing more than clarifying the problem. The latter is the return of philosophy to philosophy and the construction after deconstruction. It is impossible to create a set of strict language that can express philosophy, because the language of daily life is endless, which is the foundation and source of philosophy, so the essence of philosophy should be solved in daily life and games should be understood in "games".

His brother paul wittgenstein is a famous one-handed pianist.
