What periodical does C magazine refer to?
C refers to CSSCI, which is the citation index of Chinese social sciences.

CSSCI, the full name of Chinese social science citation index, was developed by China Social Science Research and Evaluation Center of Nanjing University (now the Literature and Information Center of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences) on 1998, and it is an important tool for searching academic journals of social sciences in China. CSSCI mainly includes Chinese academic journals of social sciences published in Chinese mainland, including those in the fields of philosophy, economy, law, education, literature, history and art.

The selection process of CSSCI is divided into two stages: nomination and review. In the nomination stage, China Social Science Research and Evaluation Center of Nanjing University will send invitations to universities, scientific research institutions, libraries and other units across the country to collect the list of recommended journals. After preliminary screening, it entered the audit stage. The review committee is composed of well-known scholars at home and abroad, which strictly reviews the candidate journals and finally determines the list of journals selected for CSSCI.

Requirements for duplicate checking rate of C magazine submission

The requirement of duplicate checking rate is an important consideration when submitting C magazine. Generally speaking, C-type periodicals have higher requirements for duplicate checking rate, which is generally below 10%.

Duplicate checking rate refers to the proportion of similar or repeated parts in the paper with other documents. A high duplicate checking rate may mean that there are plagiarism and other problems in the paper, which is immoral for the academic circles and will also affect the quality and credibility of the paper. Therefore, C magazine has strict requirements on duplicate checking rate to ensure that the submitted papers have high originality and academic value.

In order to reduce the duplicate checking rate, the author should try to avoid directly copying other people's research results when writing papers, but should express his views through his own thinking and analysis. In addition, when quoting other people's opinions or research results, the source should be correctly marked to avoid plagiarism.
