Guguzhai Town is located in the easternmost part of Xinxiang, in the old course of the Yellow River. Before liberation, it used to be the poorest township in Xinxiang County, with ten villages and nine wastes and poor people. Today's Xianghe New Village consists of three administrative villages, namely Xinzhuang, Cui Jing and Wangliantun, and six natural villages in Guguzhai Town. These villages were originally the most backward villages in the whole town and even the whole county. Choosing these places to carry out the pilot project of new rural construction shows that the leaders have considerable vision and courage.
Walking into the garden-like Xianghe New Village, I just saw someone holding a wedding ceremony, which was as lively as the original countryside and enviable. Here, there are no dirty memories of the countryside and no littering of houses. Naturally, there is no muddy or dusty scene. Without the noise of chickens flying and ducks jumping, it also eliminates the randomness of sewage cross-flow and replaces it with the joy and peace of the new countryside.
From the introduction of the leaders of Guguzhai Town, we gradually sorted out some clues.
