Enter the header and footer for editing, and click "Insert-Picture-From File-Select Picture-OK" in the shortcut bar. The inserted picture is generally not in the header position and the size is not appropriate, but it doesn't matter. We can solve this problem by setting the image properties. Select the inserted picture, right-click Properties, and then select Make the picture float above the text. Click the black dots on the four corners of the picture to resize it. Then drag the picture to the desired position.
