The annual per capita net income of 20xx is only 1334 yuan, ranking first in the town. The main sticking points are: first, it is difficult for the branch to play its role as a fighting fortress, and three branch secretaries have been changed in two years; Second, the frequency of mass petitions is relatively high, there are many disputes among the masses, and the social order is not stable enough; Third, farmers' income-increasing channels are narrow and they are not enterprising; In view of the above problems, I am determined to start with the branch team, focusing on industrial development, infrastructure construction and civil dispute investigation, and strive to reverse the stagnant economy.
Second, pay close attention to publicity and find a way out.
I have entered the village five times, held mass meetings, cadres' meetings and general party membership meeting, preached the spirit of the "No.1 Document" of the Central Committee in the fields and family courtyards, printed the No.1 Document into pamphlets and distributed it widely, helped the village to make plans to increase farmers' income, and tried to increase farmers' income, especially publicized the importance of accelerating infrastructure construction to improve comprehensive agricultural benefits and the practical significance of vigorously accelerating industrial restructuring to promote farmers' income. Promoting "driving farmers to go out to work" was an important measure to increase their income in that year, which helped the village to plan the infrastructure construction projects that needed to be completed urgently, established the industrial development idea of "emphasizing medicinal materials inside and labor services outside", and strengthened the work confidence of village cadres to achieve "the per capita net income increased 1.5 yuan this year" through efforts.
Third, strengthen the overall construction of grass-roots organizations and maintain social stability.
I personally led a working group to go deep into the village to rectify the branch team. According to the needs of work and the wishes of the masses, I changed my old branch secretary and re-elected Zheng Daoxue, who is young, responsible and pioneering, as the branch secretary, which further enhanced the vitality, creativity and cohesion of the team, and held several meetings of the two committees to study, standardized their respective working procedures and clarified their relationship. At the same time, together with village cadres, it mediated five outstanding civil disputes such as Zhao Xuegui and three petitions in Yang Guifang, which made the social order tend to be stable and created a good production and living order.
Fourth, try to do more practical things and do good things.
When I learned that 236 people in the east and west groups had difficulty drinking water, I actively contacted the relevant departments, invested 3,000 yuan, buried pipelines 1 100 meters, and connected tap water. The village roads in Anji and Zhongchang groups are dilapidated, and it is difficult to sell a large number of milk thistles every year, which makes students miserable to go to school. I actively convened the coordination meeting of village cadres, organized the masses to invest 1 000 working days according to the method of "one thing, one discussion", and completed the construction of 1.5 km village road and 1.2 km village road. 42 households 177 people in Yaogou Group and Daping Group live across the river, so it is very inconvenient to travel. I contacted the relevant departments in the county and invested 20 tons of cement to build a bridge with a span of 29 meters. After learning that China Unicom and China Mobile were going to build a base station in Luanzhuang, I actively contacted the company and included Maxia Village in the coverage of the two base stations. Now, the number of mobile phones in the village has reached more than 60. There are 64 primary school students in Ma Xia Village, all of whom are studying in six C-class dangerous buildings. I went up and down, took advantage of the opportunity of "two basics" review, and won 5000 yuan for the renovation of 6 dangerous houses.
Five, efforts to cultivate leading industries, to achieve the current year's income.
