According to the survey, among 686 senior high school students in a school, 144 have any mild or moderate symptoms, accounting for 20.99% of the total number, and 24 have moderate or severe symptoms, accounting for 3.5% of the total number, which shows that the psychological symptoms of senior high school students in this school are more serious. The number of samples with only mild symptoms is 469, which is as high as 68.37%, indicating that the overall mental health of senior high school students is not optimistic. Therefore, it is particularly important and urgent to carry out mental health education and psychological counseling for middle school students.

Second, the effective way for class teachers to implement mental health education

1. The role model and personality charm of the class teacher.

Attach importance to the influence of humanistic environment and humanistic strength.
