Entering a university means entering a new environment. Including mobile classrooms, freelancing, and no class roster, are far from high school. So many new college students will be at a loss. Because there is no wake-up call in the morning, some students may miss breakfast and morning classes. If you don't turn off the lights at night, some students may surf the Internet and play games all night. When asked about them, the students all said that they didn't want to do this either, but they just didn't adapt to college life. During the investigation, our group found a disagreement. Boys and girls have very different views on the curriculum. Subjective analysis, this may be related to students' personality. According to the investigation and analysis, half of the girls sleep for 6-8 hours, and the other half sleep for 8- 10 hours. In fact, eight hours' sleep is necessary for a person. 60% girls have the habit of taking a nap for about half an hour to an hour, more than boys 10%. The habit of taking a nap is particularly important. At noon, people's mental state is the worst of the day. If they take a nap every day, they will get very different results. When you wake up, if you find yourself active, your study efficiency will be high. After work, if you keep the habit of taking a nap, you can easily cope with some difficult situations without getting sleepy. Half an hour's sleep is enough to ensure energy in the afternoon. We found that these freshmen in our school stayed up almost every night. Especially girls. According to the questionnaire of our group, nearly half of the girls sleep between 12: 00 and 1: 00, while half of the boys sleep between 1 1: 00 and 12: 00. According to our analysis of the survey results and group discussion, we have reached the following conclusions.
The reasons for staying up late are as follows:
1. Learn and do your homework.
2. send text messages.
3. surf the internet.
play on the phone
Wait a minute. And most girls stay up all night because of their studies. From this point of view, it is not surprising that girls have the habit of taking a nap because they sleep late. But let's be clear, it is not advisable to stay up late. No matter what you do, it is not advisable to study even if you stay up late. Because that will lead to the next day's study state, which will have a great impact on the next day's study and life. 35% boys and 50% girls think that they will be listless after staying up late and can't do anything during the day. Some people think that staying up late will make them late for class and go to bed. Indeed, after a day's study, you should adjust yourself in time through adequate sleep. If you stay up late, it will be even worse. Moreover, staying up late not only has an impact on learning, but more seriously, the body will collapse day by day. College students are "free" in college, which often leads many people to get lost in the wilderness of time and don't know how to arrange their schedules reasonably. Although I have been confused and working hard, I still don't know how to make good use of my schedule, and I haven't reached a good balance. From the analysis of objective factors, people live in the environment. Environment can affect people, and people can also affect the environment. Except in the classroom, we spend most of our time in the dormitory. In class, listen to the teacher and we will follow the teacher's steps. In the dormitory, everything is so free that you can only arrange your own affairs. In fact, every word and deed and every move of a classmate in the same dormitory may affect other people in the same dormitory. According to the questionnaire of our group, 48% of boys and 50% of girls think that the schedule of roommates has little influence on them. And quite a few people think that their roommates' rest time has a great influence on them. In the dormitory, no one can really achieve "all kinds of poison." Who has fun and who has good food ... it's really easy to get distracted. In the future college life, we will experience a lot, but we should deal with these problems more rationally in the dormitory. If we make enough plans, have reasonable schedules and strong execution, I believe there is no problem. Therefore, those problems are excuses for not actively arranging the time and place of study and can be overcome. In order to prevent students from repeating grades and renting out houses, the school may check students' study and bedtime regularly or irregularly. In this regard, the students have different opinions and opinions. 40% girls think that the effect of school inspection is average. The remaining girls and 33% boys thought it was totally useless. Indeed, when the school is inspected, we will try our best to muddle through. Once the school does not check, most people will "show their true colors". All this proves that everything depends on consciousness. Man's greatest enemy is himself, and only he can save himself. Why don't we conquer ourselves and save ourselves? Theory and practice cannot be unified in many cases. The same is true of college students' schedules and actual schedules. 30% of boys are annoyed by this and think that they have this situation occasionally. 40% girls' schedules often conflict, which is very annoying. "Plans can't keep up with changes" is a common saying among college students. From the survey, we can know that although girls spend a lot of time studying, they are not good at managing time, so that the actual schedule often conflicts with the planned schedule, and the learning efficiency naturally cannot be improved. And boys have better hands-on ability than girls. There are many boys whose style is "keeping your word". So I think in this respect, girls should learn more from boys and improve their practical ability, which can be used to improve our learning efficiency, compress and save time, and let us have more time to control. In addition, making a practical plan by ourselves may be more conducive to implementation and achieving our goals. Therefore, we should have a correct orientation of our goals and abilities, have an overall understanding of the courses arranged by the school, and then draw up a timetable that will not conflict with each other and have a clear view of time. In order to achieve reunification, we must be responsible for every plan we make and take appropriate measures to avoid regret or anxiety. Faced with their unsatisfied schedules, many college students feel that they should improve their schedules. Students' plans are also different. Most students think that a strict and reasonable plan should be made. Insist on going to bed early, going to bed early and getting up early, methodically and methodically, and implement it as planned, forming a habitual time plan. Students usually choose to make annual plans to restrain themselves, and they will learn from their classmates with good grades and reasonable time arrangements to be strict with themselves and form their own plans. The survey shows that students feel that learning efficiency should be improved and the proportion of study time and entertainment time should be arranged reasonably. There are also some students who haven't done much math. They think that the plan can never keep up with the change, so they should change the plan in time to avoid the conflict between study time and extracurricular activities and school arrangements. Others think that their timetable is reasonable and needs no improvement. As can be seen from the above, most people are still willing to make their schedules reasonable. The methods developed by students are mainly to conform to their study and living habits, so whether they can achieve their goals depends on how students rely on their own willpower to implement them. Through the investigation, it is found that students have obvious deficiencies in the specific management and understanding of time. Many students lack the ability of self-reliance and hands-on practice, and also lack the ability to make correct schedules. In terms of planning and practice, most of the college students in these two aspects failed to implement their plans well because of their weak self-control ability and mistakes in making plans, so their plans often fell through. Success is reserved for those who are prepared. If we don't make a plan seriously and carry it out seriously, then we will never succeed. Therefore, we should be fully prepared to make the progress plan, and we should also be prepared to realize the plan. Heaven rewards diligence, as long as we are willing to endure hardships and persist in doing it, no difficulty is a problem. Only accumulation can make hair thinner. I believe that as long as we plan rationally and implement thoroughly, we will certainly realize those beautiful dreams in our hearts. ...
