First, the scope of choice

The graduation design (thesis) participating in the selection must be the graduation design (thesis) of undergraduate and junior college students in that year. Encourage teamwork to recommend and declare outstanding graduation design works.

Second, the recommended quantity

The recommended number of secondary colleges is 2% to 3% of the total number of undergraduate and junior college graduates in that year.

The selection of excellent graduation design teams pays attention to the substantive collaboration among team members and the evaluation of comprehensive quality, and the school does not limit the number of referees.

Third, the selection conditions and standards

The graduation design (thesis) recommended in the form of a single article must meet the following conditions:

1. Graduation design (thesis) has excellent comprehensive evaluation results;

2. The topic selection is scientific and meets the teaching requirements of this major;

3. It can better reflect the comprehensive application of the basic knowledge and skills of this major;

4. It has certain innovation, or has certain academic level and unique opinions, or has certain practical (reference) value.

The graduation design works recommended by the team must meet the following conditions:

1. Each team shall have at least 3 students to complete the design together, and encourage interdisciplinary graduation design teams;

2. The team has a general tutor, and each student has his own tutor;

3. Scientific topic selection, meeting the teaching requirements of this major, reasonable design of each sub-topic and clear division of labor;

4. Pay attention to substantive cooperation and mutual cooperation, and have a strong sense of cooperation and team spirit;

5. The overall quality of the design works is high.

Fourth, the incentive mechanism

1. The reward level is divided into one, two and three grades;

2. The school issues honorary certificates to the winners;

3. The graduation design (thesis) that won the first prize can be recommended by the school to participate in the provincial excellent graduation design.
