What is the content of the footnote of the paper?
In addition, the footnote consists of two related parts, including the annotation reference mark and its corresponding annotation text. Users can use Word to automatically number labels or create custom labels. When you add, delete, or move automatically numbered annotations, Word renumbers the annotation reference marks.
The footnotes in this article mainly refer to the following points:
1. Indicate the part cited in the paper and explain the source of the citation;
2. Explain and quote others' opinions;
3. List references;
4. Supplement the viewpoints in the article;
Footnote notes
Only when the ScreenTip check box is selected in the View tab of the Options dialog box can you see footnotes or endnotes on the screen by the above method. Users can also double-click the annotation reference mark to move the focus directly to the annotation area, so that users can view annotations. Users can also select the Footnote menu item in the View menu to view the notes. If the document contains both footnotes and endnotes, the View Footnotes dialog box will pop up. Users can select the corresponding options and click OK to view the corresponding comments.
