A year's internship passed quickly. Looking back at this time last year, I was still hesitating where to practice, and now it has been a whole year. In retrospect, I want to say too much. When I started writing, I felt that I was no longer the little girl who used to have enough food and clothing and spent her parents' pocket money, but a mature and sensible social youth who worked hard for work, life and family.
Since March last year, I have been working in Shenzhen Consistent Medicine Co., Ltd., and I usually study pharmacy at school. I really want to have the opportunity to go outside and do some work about this major, so that the professional knowledge base is more solid and the technology is more comprehensive. After coming to Concord, I mainly worked as a retailer in a pharmacy, which taught me a lot that I couldn't learn at school. When I first started working, I often held a nervous heart, afraid that I would do something wrong and bring trouble to the customers in the store. However, after a long period of careful training and care by the substitute teacher, I gradually became familiar with the various processes in the store and the prevention of various drug safety knowledge, which made me feel that it was not particularly difficult to work in a pharmacy.
Start work at 8 o'clock every morning, the first thing is to turn on the computer system. Then do a good job in all aspects of the store's hygiene, so that customers look comfortable. When no customers come in for consultation, I will read the instructions repeatedly and carefully understand the knowledge and usage of commonly used drugs. Ask the substitute teacher if you don't understand the question. This teacher is a very serious and patient person. Every time I have any questions I don't understand, she will seriously tell me what she knows. So, in those days, I was most grateful to her. In addition to mastering the skills of medication, we should also learn the management work in the store. Such as goods, returns, inventory and so on. But these are easy to learn, and the difficulty lies in communication with customers. In the face of various customers, all languages should be flexible. I still remember that the first customer I received was an old man with a broken foot, limping from outside the store. Because there was a threshold at the door of the store, I had no choice but to help her in. Then carefully ask her what medicine she needs and what disease she has. Say that finish, she took some money from her pocket and handed it to me. Then I carefully helped her out of the store, and I was particularly pleased to see her grateful expression. This is my first customer, and I may remember it deeply in my life. We must be careful when dealing with the elderly, but some customers come to our house for no reason. However, no matter how difficult customers are, in order to maintain the image of the company and the store, we must smile at every customer, not be willful and not conflict with customers.
So I work from March to July. But the plan will never keep up with the change. I have never been back to Shenzhen since I returned to Changsha for the exam in July. Because I prefer to try the management mode of other pharmacies. Later, I came to the People's Pharmacy in Changsha. This big pharmacy in Dong Tang is a large pharmacy in Hunan Province. As soon as I came in, I was very imposing, and there were countless people working in the store. Compared with the small pharmacy in Shenzhen where four people work together, this store is particularly large. This shop sells well every day, and its display, decoration and hygiene are in good order. However, this store is diversified. Food, daily necessities, medicines and mechanical products are all sold. Many customers have questions when they come in. Is this a supermarket or a drugstore? In the face of such problems of customers, it is time to test our language ability. We must explain clearly so that customers can not only take orally, but also use our drugs with peace of mind. Only in this way can customers feel at ease without damaging the image of the store.
I cherish this internship opportunity very much. Although the working time in one year is not long, I have gained a lot from this job. I feel that I have improved a lot in knowledge, skills, communication with others and practical ability. The most important thing is that my mind is more peaceful. The ability to be fearless, diligent and tolerant of others will not be achieved overnight. This internship not only consolidated my knowledge of pharmacy, but also enhanced my teamwork ability and confidence and courage in graduation and employment. In addition, through this year's hard work abroad, I have a certain understanding of the development status of this society and my future career planning. With capital, we are no longer afraid of employment crisis or social turbulence. Therefore, this internship is a very meaningful and unforgettable test and experience.
As a newly graduated college student, there is definitely no problem of arrogance. You can't always hope to find a good job, a comfortable and profitable job as soon as you leave society, instead of doing some hard work. This mentality is actually wrong. No one can reach heaven in one step, we must climb up step by step. Only by calming down, not afraid of hard work and accumulating experience can we show our value in future work.
In addition to the above experience, we should pay more attention to our comprehensive quality in the future, and don't limit our knowledge to what we have learned in practice. Simply put, you can't throw away your books after graduation. The knowledge in books is extensive and profound, even after the exam, you should review the past and learn new things. Only by being professional and steady can we show our theoretical advantages in our work. Moreover, as some students who want to take the examination of licensed pharmacists and civil servants, as well as colleagues with lofty ideals, these book knowledge must not be forgotten, nor can they be forgotten. Only by being responsible for yourself can we be responsible for patients and society.
Finally, I really want to thank the teachers and friends who have helped me this year. The grace of dripping water is like a spring, and they make me grow up. I will try to learn more professional knowledge to repay and give back to this society, so that more people will be healthier and happier because of my help. This is the basis of learning pharmacy. Let's take pride in learning pharmacy to save the world and help others.
