Self-analysis:
My personality is hard to explain at once. I am not an extrovert. I am a little shy when facing strangers, but I am not an introvert. On some occasions, I am enthusiastic and bold. I am not confident, optimistic, strong enough, emotional and bad-tempered, but I can bear hardships, know how to be frugal, work hard and actively complete tasks. I am an impatient person, and I can't tolerate slowness and procrastination.
My interest. Up to now, I haven't found any interest worthy of praise and development, which is the sorrow of being a man.
My skills, this change in my ability may be more appropriate. My expressive ability is not strong, which leads to my poor writing ability. My communication skills are poor, and I don't want to take the initiative to talk to strangers, so so far, my social circle is not wide. My self-control is very poor. I once vowed ambitiously how many words I would remember every day, but I couldn't control myself every time I was tempted.
Career decision:
My goal is to be admitted to graduate school and become an excellent lawyer after graduation.
Decision reasons:
Nowadays, social competition is becoming more and more fierce. Only the undergraduate level is difficult to gain a foothold in society, so I want to take the postgraduate entrance examination, master enough knowledge and skills, and make a world in society! I chose China University of Political Science and Law and Jilin University as my postgraduate entrance examination targets. Although I heard that the gate of the University of Political Science and Law is closed to civilian college students, I still want to give it a try. If the result fails, I still have my second goal-Jilin University, which still has a high status in the legal field! !
After graduation, I will try to be an excellent lawyer! There are many reasons for choosing this career!
First, the duty of the law is to protect the weak and safeguard justice. And lawyers can just do justice for people in a helpless situation and protect their legitimate rights and interests.
Second, lawyers are under great pressure. To be a good lawyer, a barrister is extremely challenging. Young people are full of vigor and vitality, shoulder heavy responsibilities, and seeking challenging careers can better promote their own development and urge their own growth.
Thirdly, as a pragmatic person, I also have my own pragmatic ideas. People want to survive, but survival is not an end, but also a good survival. And to survive well, material is the foundation. Being a good lawyer and earning a lot of money can make my personal life better, and at the same time, I can let my parents who have worked hard all their lives enjoy it.

Lawyer's job description:
As a defense lawyer, he represents one party in criminal or civil trials and presents evidence and arguments in court to support his client. As a lawyer's consultant, he makes relevant suggestions on the legal rights and responsibilities of clients and advises them to take corresponding actions in their business and personal affairs. Lawyers are divided into many types according to different professional fields, including bankruptcy, intellectual property, will, international law or environmental law.
Skills that a lawyer should possess:
Legal writing ability: demanding writing requirements such as litigation;
Debate and communication skills: able to communicate well with the parties, be able to argue in court and strive for the best interests of the parties;
English ability: proficient in English to handle legal affairs, expand the scope of lawyers' work and bring more opportunities; Strict logical reasoning ability;
Qualification: lawyer qualification, which can be obtained after practicing for one year; Familiar with court rules and strategies;
To be an excellent lawyer, you should also have firm legal belief, perfect knowledge structure, rigorous thinking ability, profound humanistic accomplishment and skillful practical operation ability.
Skills I want to master and develop:
It is very demanding to engage in legal work. According to my understanding and actual comparison, there is still a big gap between me and the requirements. The skills I should develop and master are mainly as follows:
1, systematic and perfect legal knowledge. Only by mastering enough legal knowledge can we convince people by reasoning and win the greatest protection for the interests of the parties. Only by mastering systematic knowledge can we be in an invincible position in a fiercely competitive society.
Master the knowledge about thinking logic and logical reasoning, and have certain logical reasoning ability. Law itself is the result of logical reasoning, and legal practice itself cannot be separated from logical reasoning. Only by mastering this skill can we handle the case clearly.
3. Legal writing ability. Writing ability has always been my headache weakness, but it is one that I have to improve.
4. Debate and communication skills. Bad language is a shortcoming that I have always been aware of, but I have never been able to improve it. Without this ability, how can I communicate with customers, convince customers, and defend customers eloquently in court! !
5. English ability. Mastering English well can expand business and bring greater competitiveness and wider scope of work.
6. Practical operation ability. Law is a highly applied subject. Therefore, law education should not only carry out knowledge education, but also carry out practical ability education. We must carry out systematic legal knowledge indoctrination and scientific and strict vocational training, so that we can master not only rich legal knowledge, but also practical legal skills and skillfully deal with various complex social contradictions and problems in society.

In order to realize my ideal, my specific plan is as follows:
1, Promotion of professional knowledge: Don't be absent from class for no reason, study professional knowledge seriously, and now start to do judicial cases and read more books on professional knowledge. Communicate with teachers more.
2. Improvement of English ability: recite 10 words/day, read English for 30 minutes/day, write 1 article/week, listen for 30 minutes/day, and test papers for Band 4 or Band 6 1 set/week. Sophomore and fourth grade, junior and sixth grade. Spoken English must be improved, and fluent English is the key to export.
3, writing ability: read more, write more, write at least one thing a week, random thoughts, small papers, practical articles, etc. Read more articles and master the skills. Professional papers must be contacted more.
4. Debate and communication skills: participate in or attend the debate, learn from others' experience, summarize others' speaking skills, communicate with a stranger every week, and master communication skills.
5. Interpersonal relationship: Participate in activities at least once a week. From English corner to club activities, especially those with many strangers, you must attend. Chat more with strangers and make a few friends every time you attend an activity. Get on well with the teacher.
6, logical reasoning ability: learn logic, think carefully when things happen, and use more brains. Logic and Thinking is a good book. You should read it often.
7. Practical ability: In my spare time, I use everything related to the practice of law firm to attend the court. Sophomore must have internship experience, understand the operation of the law firm, and go to a better law firm for internship in junior year to learn the operation and case handling ability. In my senior year, I tried to be a paralegal in my spare time. Go to the court to attend the trial of different types of cases and understand the operation of the court. As long as there is an internship opportunity, you can't let it go. In the legal profession, practical experience is more important than academic qualifications.
8. Computer operation ability: Don't miss any opportunity to contact computers, and master basic and common computer operation ability.
9. Cultivation of humanistic quality and comprehensive ability: listen to the news broadcast every day, read newspapers every day, understand current events, read books on economy, politics, culture, science and history, and expand your knowledge. Keep exercising for half an hour every day to keep healthy and prepare for the hard work in the future.
10, social relations, while contacting the society, we must grasp social relations, especially those who have worked and achieved certain success, and there will be more employment opportunities in the future.

To this end, I must learn ethics.
