Ask for a lawyer's paper.
Practice is the last course in college study and life, and it is also the process of combining theory with practice for college students. When we are about to leave the ivory tower, we should always be ready to face the society and our work. I chose to practice in a law firm because the law firm is a lawyer's practice organization. When a lawyer accepts the entrustment of the parties in criminal cases, civil cases and administrative cases and participates in litigation and non-litigation business, it involves a wide range of laws and is practical. However, internship in a law firm and learning some legal practice and experience in handling cases can not only make up for the lack of knowledge, but also increase some new knowledge. With this mentality, I came to the law firm. At the law firm, I also got the help of many leaders and lawyers. At school, I studied the basic theory of law and the specific provisions of law, which is very strange to me in legal practice. * The lawyer's help played a vital role in my internship, and I am very grateful to her here. I knew almost nothing some time ago, but she taught me patiently bit by bit. With her help, I learned a lot. I've been following the internship for a whole month? Lawyer, we have become good friends now. Of course, I also assist other lawyers in obtaining evidence and preparing for the trial. Through practice, I have a further understanding and mastery of legal professional knowledge and lawyer practice experience, especially lawyer practice. In the past, I mainly studied law in theory at school, and there were few opportunities to apply law to solve practical problems. However, an internship is different from working in a law firm. I go directly to the front line of legal work, solve practical problems with the law every day, answer legal advice, review and amend contracts, draft complaints, pleadings, representative speeches, and participate in court trials. And learned a lot of experience and skills from practicing as a lawyer. I have studied the writing of legal documents before and know the format of the indictment, but I still have to think about it when I really apply it to specific cases. How to write the litigation request accurately and concisely, how to protect the interests of the parties to the maximum extent, and how to write the factual reasons clearly for the judge to see at a glance, these are not simply obtained by applying the format. During my internship, I found that I can learn a lot from reading cases. Because the cases are various, including criminal cases, civil cases, socio-economic cases and so on. We should sort out what we have learned before and learn new things by looking back on the past. It is clear at a glance how to judge the general case file and why to punish it, but some students are not well educated and can't fully understand it. Then a thick pile of books in the office will come in handy, record the forgotten legal terms and legal terms more clearly, record the case in the file according to your own understanding, explain and analyze the whole case with your own understanding, get an opportunity to exercise and learn to handle cases, and then get it done. At the same time, I found that everything has its own advantages. To do anything, we should learn everything slowly and feel everything with eyes that are good at discovering. Don't compare yourself to a sponge, it will enrich us. We should compare ourselves to a plant, slowly absorb nutrients, carry out photosynthesis and respiration, and grow slowly. In the face of life, we should always try step by step with a modest attitude, learn from its strengths and make up for its shortcomings, then our knowledge will continue to grow sturdily like our life, our self-cultivation will continue to improve and our personal value will increase day by day.

"What kind of talents does the law firm need?" The director's strict requirements have greatly influenced and shocked me, and made me clearly realize that a person must have a "standard" and principles at any time, and some things cannot be done. Be a man before doing anything. The law firm not only set strict standards and principles for me in dealing with people, but also laid a solid foundation for my future concept of dealing with people, and let me see their preciseness, professionalism, meticulousness, sincerity and professionalism as legal persons, as well as their frank and tolerant personality charm. During my internship, I benefited a lot, and some of my experiences are as follows: an excellent lawyer must be an excellent person, and an excellent person must have excellent character. An excellent lawyer is not only skilled in business, with a wide range of cases and high social reputation, but also should be a "noble person" in the eyes of clients. People should constantly improve themselves throughout their lives, and the cultivation of quality is the most basic part of improving themselves.
