In the past, I mainly studied law in theory at school, and there were few opportunities to apply law to solve practical problems. However, an internship is different from working in a law firm. I go directly to the front line of legal work, solve practical problems with the law every day, answer legal advice, review and amend contracts, draft complaints, pleadings, representative speeches, and participate in court trials. And learned a lot of experience and skills from practicing as a lawyer. I have studied the writing of legal documents before and know the format of the indictment, but I still have to think about it when I really apply it to specific cases. How to write the litigation request accurately and concisely, how to protect the interests of the parties to the maximum extent, and how to write the factual reasons clearly for the judge to see at a glance, these are not simply obtained by applying the format. During my internship, I found that I can learn a lot from reading cases. Because the cases are various, including criminal cases, civil cases, socio-economic cases and so on. We should sort out what we have learned before and learn new things by looking back on the past. It is clear at a glance how to judge the general case file and why to punish it, but some students are not well educated and can't fully understand it. Then a thick pile of books in the office will come in handy, record the forgotten legal terms and legal terms more clearly, record the case in the file according to your own understanding, explain and analyze the whole case with your own understanding, get an opportunity to exercise and learn to handle cases, and then get it done. At the same time, I found that everything has its own advantages. To do anything, we should learn everything slowly and feel everything with eyes that are good at discovering. Don't compare yourself to a sponge, it will enrich us. We should compare ourselves to a plant, slowly absorb nutrients, carry out photosynthesis and respiration, and grow slowly.
